Very disappointed
They cancelled my booking on the day of arrival over the phone, when we were already on the way to the place. The reason: overbooking. After weeks now no refund received, messaging back and forth resulted in no solution, confusing and insulting messages. Their customer service is not existing, messages only in German and words like "scheise" were used as answer to my requests for the refund... This says a lot about the person who is managing this. Total scam and fraud, taking money for the booking and not refunding it when they cancelled.

Under staffed and no hot water, both a basic requirement for a hotel. But not here

Never again!
Hotel review
We had hoped for much more from our stay. As soon as you walk through the hotel, you get the feeling of being in an old GDR bunker. Many areas seem worn out, in need of renovation or unlovely designed – from old carpets to unattractively laid lines.
Wellness area:
The wellness area consists of two saunas, a steam bath, a salt cave, a hot tub and a relaxation room. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order throughout our stay, as was the steam room.
Although there were very comfortable loungers in the salt cave, the heat radiators fitted above did not work. Overall, the area looks very sparsely furnished and lacks warmth and atmosphere. The loungers in the relaxation room are also very uncomfortable – longer relaxation is hardly possible there. The sauna area is completely nudist and only accessible from the age of 14.
Walking up winding paths leads to the swimming pool. Again, with a little attention to detail, you could get much more out of it.
Hotel & rooms:
Numerous spots are noticeable throughout the hotel that need urgent renovation. Our room was basically fine, but a long screw stuck through the window slat directly at the window – obviously from an exterior installation. That seems very unprofessional.
In the shower, the shower head was so unfavorably attached that you had to hold it while showering. Hanging in, a reasonable shower was hardly possible.
Catering:
You shouldn't be picky at dinner. The price-performance ratio is not right in our view.
Personnel:
The staff was very friendly. If you speak Italian or a South Slavic language, you will get a particularly good conversation here.
Conclusion:
If this hotel is to be a SPA, then we have obviously learned a completely new definition of wellness. Instead of relaxation, there were broken facilities, an unloving ambience and disappointment on the running belt. For this price we expected much more – and frankly: This was not a wellness holiday, but an exercise in patience.
As if that wasn’t enough, we only got the promised welcome drink as a voucher – but the bar was closed in the evening. The next day we already left, so we could not redeem it at all. Unfortunately, this completes the overall impression perfectly.

I don't have the words here. The lady on the phone was extremely intrusive and level-headed. Parking not cleared, an ice rink.
No more personal reception at 6:00.
The room so noisy that EVERYTHING could be heard from the next room. Lighting in the
Room with neon light. Possibilities of window blacking absolutely deficient. Room door with peeling paint. Toilet lid incorrectly fastened, fell shut by itself (or alternatively into its own cross).
Breakfast quite barren, staff of the German language not powerful.
I don't know what's at the center of this - the guest isn't.

From the first minute a wash
Together with our daughter we wanted to take a break from everyday life and study.
The booked loft in the annex was not heated and completely cooled. An inhabit unthinkable so change to 2 very nicely furnished rooms of the main house.
After a day on the road we had later decided to watch a TV evening which unfortunately went into the water a lot. When we switched on, we had detected a defect in the screen. Probably the previous resident knocked it over and didn't report it. The next day we were provided with a very small replacement device.
The second and final day should end with a spa evening after a visit to Kempten. Unfortunately, however, we found that the heating did not work, which did not change until our departure the next morning. The failure of the heater thus also resulted in a failure of the hot water. So no pool that is actually very nice (also here no heating) - bathtub or showers of course also not possible - We were provided for the cold evening and the even colder night a fan heater which however triggered a short circuit a little later. This morning we came to a well heated breakfast room which was equipped with many fan heaters, which suggests that this was still the first such incident.
That the water in the kitchen of the
Apartments also on the first day was cold - probably incorrectly connected - at the bathtub the cold water was turned off and only hot ran and the water in the sink did not run off there clogged only by the way;
Unfortunately, the friendly staff appeared just as easily overwhelmed and nothing was to be seen from the management.
