Great cabaña with good location and nice bed

Good base for Capilla del Monte. Big advantage is the private parking where you can safely park your car. The cabaña is large, has both a stove and a heater and the beds are very nice. In 3 minutes you are walking in the center.

A Christmas is worth half the cost

We went to spend Christmas and it was disastrous, when we arrived the cabins are tiny, nothing to do with the photos, the "views" is the gate and also the cleaning is deplorable, hair on the floor, dirty sheets and more.
The oven was broken so the heat was escaping.
And as if that weren't enough, to culminate when it rains it becomes a waterfall, wetting clothes d3 the closets and even the beds (attached videos), and The Roof Roast becomes a pool.
Last and not least the attention of the owner, karina, LOUSY, did not take care and told us that it was bad luck that it rained us, when obviously the cabins must be in condition.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A HORRIBLE WEEK WITH BAD CARE.
On the other hand, the attention of meli, who works on the spot, stands out.

Hotel cancelled booking!

We made a reservation for 2 nights using the biggest booking engine, this was secured by credit card, not allowing any cancellation or change and we received confirmation of the booking. I then received a message from the hotel saying I must transfer 50% of the room cost by bank transfer upfront. I pointed out that the booking was secured by credit card and I’d be charged for a no show. Also that an international bank transfer would cost me more than the room! I then received a message to say no room was available for the nights I’d booked. Looking on the booking engine, there were still 3 rooms available. The hotel told me I must cancel the room, but if I did this I would be charged the full room price so I said they should contact the booking customer service and say THEY had made a mistake. They refused to do this. I therefore had to contact them myself to try and get the booking cancelled. I’ve no idea what the problem was. Either their booking system isn’t working properly or they didn’t like the fact that I refused to transfer cash upfront. Either way, if you book via a booking engine, I’d check that they definitely have a room before you arrive.
