Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de compartir su experiencia con nosotros. Lamentamos sinceramente que su estadía durante el mes de enero no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas, especialmente considerando que eligieron el hotel priorizando la recreación para los chicos.
Tomamos con mucha seriedad sus comentarios respecto a la organización y cumplimiento de los horarios de las actividades recreativas. Somos conscientes de que la previsibilidad y el cuidado en los horarios, especialmente en actividades al aire libre, son fundamentales para las familias. Sus observaciones ya fueron compartidas con el área correspondiente para revisar y mejorar la planificación y comunicación de las actividades.
En relación al uso de sombrillas y catres, comprendemos su percepción. Estos servicios se encuentran contemplados como prestaciones adicionales para garantizar su uso de forma equitativa, sin embargo entendemos que su impacto en la experiencia general puede resultar negativo, por lo cual su comentario será considerado dentro de nuestras instancias de revisión de servicios y beneficios.
Respecto al desayuno, lamentamos que la calidad y variedad no hayan sido satisfactorias para usted. Agradecemos que nos lo haya señalado de manera concreta, ya que este tipo de observaciones nos permite evaluar oportunidades de mejora en un servicio clave para nuestros huéspedes.
Nos alegra saber que el fogón de los martes y el gimnasio hayan sido aspectos positivos de su estadía, así como también el trato de gran parte de nuestro equipo. En cuanto a la recepción, tomamos nota de su comentario y reforzaremos los controles internos para asegurar una atención más ágil y constante.
Por último, queremos aclarar que todos nuestros huéspedes, independientemente del tipo de estadía, reciben el mismo nivel de atención y compromiso por parte del equipo.
