Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service
I had a fantastic experience at Staybridge Suites Cairo City Stars. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, with spacious, modern suites that made my stay very relaxing. The location inside City Stars Mall is a huge advantage, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service, especially from Mr. Bahey. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out and added a personal touch to the experience.
The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options.
I highly recommend Staybridge Suites Cairo City Stars to anyone visiting Cairo, and I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality provided—especially by Mr. Bahey. I will definitely be returning again!

Very good hotel and feel like home
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and appreciated the professionalism and kindness of most of the staff. In particular, the door security on the day of my check-out was very helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, I experienced an issue with the night manager fady during check-out. His behavior was impolite, dismissive, and unprofessional, and he did not provide any assistance regarding transportation to the airport. This experience did not reflect the hospitality standards expected from a management-level employee and negatively impacted an otherwise pleasant stay.
