This was our third visit to Jaz Solaya – this time we went with a larger group of friends, and everyone was absolutely delighted! Once again, the hotel proved that it maintains the highest world-class standards.
Here is why we love coming back here so much:
* **Top-notch service:** The entire hotel team deserves a massive round of applause. **From the professional and helpful reception desk, to the incredibly efficient and always-smiling bartenders, to the housekeeping staff** who take care of every single detail – everyone works at the highest level. We felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of at every step.
* **Food and A la Carte restaurants:** The cuisine at this hotel is simply a dream! The food in the main restaurant is delicious and so varied that absolutely everyone will find something perfect for themselves. Additionally, the a la carte restaurants are world-class – every dish was mouthwatering and beautifully presented.
* **Cleanliness:** In this regard, the hotel deserves the highest score. Cleanliness is visible everywhere – rooms are cleaned perfectly every day, and the pools and the entire area around the hotel are spotlessly maintained.
* **Beach and great location:** The beach is beautiful, clean, and very well-organized. Another huge plus of the hotel is its location – the proximity to **Port Ghalib** is great for fun trips out with friends for an evening stroll or some shopping.

I wanted to share my review of this hotel to help you make the right choice for your next vacation.
### ️ Rooms and Comfort
The rooms are **clean, spacious, and cleaned daily**, with beach and bathroom towels regularly replaced with fresh ones. If you leave a small tip, a lovely surprise awaits you on your bed. The beds themselves are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
### ️ Dining and Restaurants
When it comes to the food, there is truly something for everyone. A different buffet is served every day. The dining room is fully air-conditioned, but if you prefer to eat outside, there is a large terrace with umbrellas and a grill.
The hotel also offers dinners at **three à la carte restaurants** (Italian, Egyptian, and Asian). I had the chance to dine at all of them, and in my opinion, they are absolutely fantastic! They are located in the central part of the resort, in a mini-town complete with shops, a pharmacy, and a stage for live evening performances.
### ️ Beach, Pools, and the Resort
The entire resort is intimate yet well-structured, divided into several separate hotels, each beautifully maintained. Palm trees, colorful flowers, green grass, and diverse flora give you the feeling of a **true oasis in the desert**.
* **The Pool & Aquapark:** The hotel pool is pristine, with plenty of sun loungers and friendly service. The waiters make sure you stay well-hydrated in the sun! Additionally, the hotel features a water park with several pools, water slides, and a snack bar.
* **The Beach:** The beach is wide, offering sunbeds, large umbrellas, and windbreaks. It is located in a bay with a **vibrant coral reef**, making it a perfect spot for snorkeling and diving.
### Activities and Wellness
Whether you want to relax or stay active, this place has it all:
* **For relaxation:** I highly recommend the massages at the spa and wellness center, which you can enjoy either in the hotel or in special beach bungalows.
* **For active guests:** Quads, tennis courts, a diving school, a gym with a pool, yoga, and numerous paths for running or romantic walks.

Amazing hotel
Everything was perfect. All the staff are very nice, friendly and smiling. Everywhere is perfectly clean and the food is really good. The pools and the aquapark are heated. Beautiful coral reef where you can see turtles.

Perfect play and environment. Beyond expectation
Very nice environment and nice and kind friendly helpfull staff. We enjoyed. Also the possibility to walk a long distance near the coast line from resort to resort makes it very nice. We had a room with Seaview which was amazing. Also very clean everywhere and a nice terrace and animation. The bay very nice to swim and also beautiful. Beyond expectation. Food also good with a nice view when you sit outside. Also a waterpark is available just 1 minute outside the resort. Also close by the airport. Definitely will come back some day

Top hotel.
We stayed 11 days at Jaz Solaya and we are delighted. The hotel is clean and beautiful, not too crowded, always sunbeds available at the pool, and the water park outside makes the pools quite calm.
The staff is wonderful, attentive, and really pleasant both at the bar and in the restaurant or by the pool.
The buffets are varied, with 2 to 3 BBQ dishes every evening. The pool snack bar is also very good for a quick lunch.
The water park is gigantic, with over 20 slides, with or without tubes.
The coral reef accessible from the hotel is an aquatic paradise.
I recommend this hotel especially for families or couples, as it is less suitable for young people who prefer to party.
