Nice

Beautiful resort with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience. Delicious food with plenty of options. Very nice I am very interested

Terrible place

Overall experience.
This place is terrible and horrible. A scam by calling it a resort. All the bad reviews from this platform and in booking. com and Google are absolutely true.
Dont ever go there. Horrible place.
We survived one night and left the place first thing in the morning.
If the mgmt reply defensively don't believe.
Many people got scammed and I and my husband too. This place if filthy dirty, roads are not safe. Nothing like in the photos.

Very friendly staff. Manager is amazing at assisting for local taxis.

This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end.

Village vibes in heart of Kuttanad

If you are looking to get a traditional Allepey no frills village experience, then this might be for you. The location of the property is nice facing the lake around three sides making the view quite nice throughout the day and night; however accessibility to the property is not that great.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all the needs to the guests and always ensures to give the guests the best of their ability to make sure the stay is comfortable and pleasant. Naveen, the property manager when we were staying went out and about to address our needs. We were a big group of friends staying for two nights.
The rooms are pretty rustic and you need to request for all the basic amenities separately as it’s not kept as standard. The property is kept clean as much as possible but it is quote run down and high time for a refurb.
