Poor owner

As we arrived first time in this place we just wanted to get something to eat, so ordered some french fries. They were full of black salt which jad me and my partner burp sulfur for a couple of days. Later on we still checked in the place to our regret... at nfight we ordered some food because we were lazy after wwlking around. My partner said NO SPICY multiple times, still 30 minutes later the food was spicy, she went back down and told them about this. They never returned with food. 1 hour later I walked down myself asking for it and they told me it waas because we canceled. I wonder how clueless in life you have to be not to fix an order in a restaurant... but still I asked for the same, this time no spicy. The mentally disabled cook was there and repeated the order after me "no spicy" 2 hours after our initial order the food came... spicy again... went down again, called them on their mistake, all kinds of justifications like "i put only oil" yadayada like indians usually do which make no sense and are completely irrelevant for the discussion. And as someone from the hotel came to the kitchen the cook atarted laughing in my face and at the end of the night, its 23:15 and Im writing this without my order ever arriving. The people working in this hotel are children in grown up bodies, they are poorly educated and have no sense of responsability. I feel pity for the owner who has to deal with this

Excellent location, amazing view

Beautiful house. Excellent location on a quiet area, for India. Our room was lovely although had no windows except for a tiny one. Amazing view of the fort from the restaurant and the food was very decent. The owner didn’t seem very welcoming. As soon as we arrived he just said “show me your passports!” The boy working there took some money from our room but we fixed the issue with the owner with no problems.
