And one thing I liked here is that you will get hot water 24 hours a day and the breakfast we got here was very good and delicio

We really enjoyed staying here and it is a very good hotel, all the things have been maintained well, which should be the case and the room provided to us was quite big according to us and the cleaning of the room was done very well and we did not face any kind of problem. It was very nice to see the staff here who are very good, especially Shiv Shankar ji, who is a very helpful and cooperative person. If we needed anything, he was ready to help anytime, it was very nice. The Golden Temple is very close from here and Nisarg Dham, all the places here are close, it is not very far, there is a restaurant on the first floor and there is also a pizza burger on the ground floor. Overall, everything is nearby here. We had come with the family and we felt very safe. I hope if we get a chance to come to Kushalnagar again, we will try to stay in this hotel again. If you people come specially to visit Kushalnagar then definitely try staying in this hotel once, it has very good arrangements and you will feel very safe.

Worst hotel to book

Booked this hotel to travel with my family during the mid august 2025 time. The booking was done through treebo and believe me its the worst decision i could have made. Firstly this hotel super overcharges for what it can offer. The rooms are not worth Rs 800 per night and imagine the hotel asking for Rs 5000 a night on 15th august. The hotel doesn't have a parking and will only keep on saying sir dominoz will empty the space by 11.30pm and then you can park. The owner of the building is just making money and renting our spaces in a building without thinking of the guests and the amenities.
Now comes the main part , the hotel staff on arrival wanted me to pay full advance without even putting the luggage and if you deny then they argue. Afterwards when we asked for basic things then they say go to shop nearby and buy.
Next when we got a room we were given it only looks like a lodge. After spending the day in the night when we slept out of nowhere i find something crawling on my back and then when i jump out i have a cockroach crawling on the bed which i had to kill. Plus there are spiders crawling on the floor. In the morning when i showed this to the staff they are surprised and say that it has not happened Earlier and might be due to the rain and plants near by , we will clean it . Cut to this the owner on the checkout has no remorse who is the owners wife sitting at the reception.
After arguing for full payment when i raised the complaint to treebo this hotel denied that incident never occurred ans said it is lie while i had already called it out to the staff. This is a ridiculous hotel where owner , staff will not listen to you and on top they lie over incidents that happen. The hotel rooms are very low grade with used bedsheets and dirty washrooms . Lastly i want to speak of the complimentary breakfast which is pure joke - in a private kitchen the cook or maid cooks something which is nothing but left overs. The food is not fresh neither food in taste. So please dont book thinking you ll get complimentary breakfast.

Great stay

Great value for money. Very near to places like Golden temple and Nisargadhama. It is on the Madikeri-Mysore highway and very easily accessible. Staff is very friendly and has information about in and around. Breakfast was good. Homemade jam which was provided with bread was very yummy. All in all a great stay.

decent place for stay

Though there was no restaurant attached to the stay, they were able to provide breakfast. A decent stay and food. There is a restaurant on first floor of the same building, However, options for food were less. Dominos is just adjacent if you are a pizza lover.

Traveller friendly

Best hotel for travellers. Genuinely worth of money. And importantly friendly staff,who would help when ever needed and it is budget friendly. Ambience is really good.I would prefer this hotel for my next trip.
