Good Budget Hotel
Just Awesome stay . Express checkin, Breakfast was limited, Room views are okay , near by atratctive in Guru Duara, love the Hospitality , Stay are Helpful , Hotel located in Heart of city siliguri, Near Bidhan Market & Slg Junction Area,

Decent Rooms in Budget Price
I stayed here from 5th October to 10th October 2020. The hotel is economical but there is jack of service. The food is not available but they allow you to get food through Swiggy or Zomato. The breakfast is pathetic and in particular the tea. Even they don’t take orders for tea separately which is disturbing . I cannot imagine that starting a day or a move from the bed without a tea. Rooms are big , more or less clean and the wash rooms are average . Hot water is an issue . They don’t change the towel and stuff every day and even don’t clean the floor everyday . I could not watch the tv as well.

An average place to stay for at most a couple of days only
I was visiting Siliguri with my wife and son and we chose to stay here as per our friend's recommendation. Ours was a largely a mixed experience in terms of stay, food, the general attitude of Hotel staff and comfortability of rooms.
Our duration of stay:
We checked in to the Hotel on the 23rd of Dec and stayed there till 27th Dec.
Hotel accessibility:
The hotel is located at a prime location within the city of Siliguri with Tenzing Norgey bus stand and NJP rail station within 10 minutes of travel. The airport can be reached within 45 minutes by car and this is perhaps the best aspect of the hotel. It is not located on any busy road but a small alley so less amount of sound of vehicular traffic.
Rooms and accessibility:
We got a big room on the 3rd floor of the hotel and climbing stairs sometimes was a difficult task when you are already very tired after traveling to nearby hill stations. So if you have senior citizens with you plz don't agree for top floor rooms, it might turn out to be very exhausting to climb up and down. So in terms of easy accessibility to rooms, I would definitely give a low score. The hotel administration should think of installing a lift instead.
cleanliness:
cleanliness is an issue we faced as unless you wish, the hotel guys will never come forward and take an extra initiative to clean the rooms.
Food:
Food though tasty, but is very expensive compared to restaurants located in the surrounding areas. So I would request everybody to make an extra effort and have food outside. It will save you money and time. The response time of ordering food for room delivery and the actual delivery is a big issue in the hotel. The food might arrive way behind schedule and one might get very irritated waiting and requesting the hotel staff every half an hour reminding them to serve the food at the room.
The hotel should work seriously to serve food hot and well within time to all its customers.
The general behavior of Hotel staff:
Overall the hotel staff is quite helpful and polite in different matters, though at times, they might show indifference and laid back attitude.
Overall, this place is ok for a couple of day's stay and location wise also a nice choice to stay and one should not expect much out of the hotel. The hotel guys should arrange for a Generator machine, as during day time, there remains power cut for several hours and during the cold season if you need hot water, you won't get because there is no generator. I hope the hotel administration takes this review positively and works out a solution on each point raised here by me. This will definitely help them to live up to new customers who come with basic expectations.
I would also request OYO to also look into these criteria when they choose to include any hotel in their business list.

You get what you pay for
Compared to the promotional price that i paid all that i wanted was a clean air-con room with proper shower and that's what i got.The balcony was a bonus.Spent 2 nights here just to sleep and shower and was satisfied.The good thing is that before you check-in the manager asks you to see the room.The location suited me perfect i.e. away from the main road yet walking distance to Bidhan Market.The in-house restaurant should be a last resort.

Please avoid this property if possible...there are way better options...
Had the worst experience ever at this property. I was travelling with my wife and cousin and had booked two rooms for a night. The rooms were smelly and dirty. The linens had spots all over. Upon complaining they changed the linen reluctantly. The location was also shady with people urinating just next to the property. My wife was also looking for an opportunity to change the hotel booking and was talking with Make My Trip. I think the property manager or whoever was at the counter got informed about this and was not happy about it. When we ordered food through Zomato they refused to give us plates and cutleries and said "ask zomato to give you the cutleries as well...". We had a series of heated arguments with the manager/owner of the property, whoever he was sitting at the reception at that time. I wasnt feeling safe staying there as it didnt feel safe for my family. I had to change the hotel at around 11pm and shifted to a three star nearby. Was a horrifying experience and hence memorable.
