Rooms were poor, had clear unresolved damp across the property. Staff were rude and unhelpful, simple requests such as additional key card for both staying guests not possible. Mosquitoes all over the property and very little in way of support for this. Breakfast is poor and very limited and staff are uninterested and rude.

The room was in an OK condition, not really 4 star rating the TV didn't work in the bedroom. Some of the staff in the reception area were rude and didn't have much local knowledge. There were a couple of weddings/functions at the hotel and was very noisy, the loud music was on till 11pm, which finally stopped after many calls to the reception area. Also, after paying the hotel for the week's stay upon my return to the UK, additional money was taken from my account without my knowledge!

Completely useless staff and refused to refund when they couldn't provide the requested boxed breakfast which they had agreed

Stayed in the superior deluxe room. Room was good despite a strange smell (used an air freshener we carry around to sort that out).
Despite it being classified as a 4 star hotel - rooms are worthy of a 3 star the staff are, well, lacking any common sense and believe indian timing. Examples, asked for towels 5 times - took them an hour to deliver. Ask for a rubber non slip bath mat and they said they would provide at 7am. Came at 9am.
Also spoke to kitchen staff and front desk 3 times about providing a boxed breakfast of some items to be ready at 6am. Mother went down at 5.30am.to check and apparently the kitchen staff had told the front desk when they had asked for this that they cannot prepare it and the front desk had told us. This of course was a complete lie and we were refused a refund. They claimed we had booked through a third party website, although we had booked the room with breakfast on their own site! Basic customer service is that if you cannot deliver a service a client has paid for then you should refund it and not lie. We would not recommend any one staying at this hotel as if something goes wrong, the staff including the general manager are as useful as a heater in the midday sun during the hot season.
