GRT Hotel Chain - Hospitality Guaranteed
It was a nice experience altogether. Thanks to Mr Baskara at the reception to ease the check in process. Followed by Dinner and Breakfast at Bazaar. Room was cosy. Overall everything was perfect and at par GRT standard.

A wonderful stay at Grand Vijayawada
This was my first visit to Vijayawada and I was quite apprehensive about my visit. The staff at the hotel especially Jasmine at the front office and the F & B Manager ensured everything was taken care of beautifully.
The hotel is strategically located, food is good, staff courteous and professional and it is value for money and service.
Thank you team Grand Vijayawada - you made my visit to Vijayawada memorable and I would surely like to visit your property again!

Very good experience. Can make a thing or two better to make it wonderful.
One of the best hotels in vijayawada.
Rooms are a bit smaller than the other places I stayed but still comfortable enough for family of 3.
Restaurant is good and a plus point that will add to the experience. Restaurant Staff are always very courteous. food items/ varieties are tasty and satisfactory.
complimentary food/ fruits/ biscuits/tea etc are bonus and adds more positive experience to the stay.
Gym and pool are nice. We haven't utilized spa and other relaxation therapies but they are available for those who are interested in them.
Car valet and reception assistance are there round the clock.
One suggestion, purely my observation- I did not find that staff takes any proactive role if you ask for a favor beyond the stay you booked , ex: like having to utilize your already paid meal some other day as you did not feel
Like eating on day one etc.
They should seriously think about having a manager contactable to accommodate these kind of once in a while requests from guests. After all, we already paid for that and not utilized the service. Seems no one on the floor has that authority to make a decision on the spot.
that was never a problem when i stayed in other 5 star or more rated hotels.

Management has no obligation to accommodate that kind of request but if i were the manager, i would not even think twice to allow that kind of request.
Ever-since I felt like above , i started using more of lemon tree premier hotel. There they accommodate each and everything you ask for and I see a manager coming to you to enquire whether you would Need some assistance etc. almost everytime i go through lobby. I found that difference very striking between those two hotels.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast was excellent great and clean rooms. Was able to early check in by 9 am even if it is mentioned 12 in the site
