A great place to relax. We came as a couple to take a little break, the reception was very nice, the room huge and clean and the service was fast and courteous.
The dinner has us very mouthed around the next day, after sports, we could enjoy the excellent breakfast.
You can see that the hotel management has an eye for details and also passes them on to their employees.
We will definitely come back.

Great staff and very quiet
Nice place, clean, nice staff. Was there as a spa guest. Plant is located at the end of the village. Furthermore, you get an Ötztalcard as a guest, so you can use the do Bus (line 320) for free, there are numerous hiking trails in the area, beautifully laid out, as well as lakes.

Super spa and recreation hotel
Very friendly staff, from maid to boss. Pleasant atmosphere, good spa treatments, ideal starting point for excursions, great cuisine, nice wellness area, rooms spacious and quiet, have felt very comfortable. Will gladly go back there

Sleep, pamper and enjoy
The hotel is located above the city. You can see it from anywhere in the area.
When you arrive, you can go straight into the underground car park. From there you can take the elevator straight to the lobby.
The rooms are very large! They have a couch with a table and a desk. There is also a fairly large balcony.
There is a minibar in the room that can be filled to order. I would have preferred it if the minibar had already been filled. It would also have been better if the hotel had an à la carte restaurant. Food is only available at set times. If you arrive late or plan your day, you have to stick to the times.
The location of the hotel is ideal for taking day trips in the region from there.
The Ötzi Village and a bird of prey park are less than 5 minutes away. However, you have to remember that they don't open until spring.
The hotel also has a wellness area. Sauna, steam bath and a pool. The outdoor pool has a great view of the city. Bathrobes and towels are provided upon check-in.

Great pools, great service, very good food and great location
All the correspondence beforehand was exemplary (answers, information, tips, advice...) The premium rooms are sufficiently large with beautiful balconies. The hotel is very quiet (= good quality of sleep)
The pool area is unbelievable in size, variety and cleanliness.
There are also plenty of outdoor loungers (sun loungers and parasols). The spa wellness floor is huge with a great range of options.
There are enough parking spaces in the underground car park.
The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is very varied and tasty. The whole team, especially in the restaurant area, is incredibly friendly, quick and thoughtful...
Despite there being a lot of spa guests, everything runs really smoothly on the service side.
Since it is a popular spa hotel,
the standard of the guests is somewhat lower than I was used to from other European spa and wellness hotels (France, Belgium, Italy...).
Small suggestions for improvement;
- the showers in the rooms vary greatly between cold and warm,
which should be enjoyed with caution when using them...
- the reception, sometimes manned by just one person, is somewhat overwhelmed
- there are an incredible number of
blowflies and stinging horseflies in the cow pasture below the sunbathing area
- Perhaps pay more attention to quiet, especially in the relaxation areas
