We look forward to another visit in 2026

Service, quality of rooms in the new part according to opinion, quality of sweets and drinks, all really very good. Large underground car park. Quiet rooms to the side.

Nameless uncoordinated staff, Hotel TOP

The hotel leaves nothing to be desired, location, room, parking, breakfast (-: Unfortunately, the reception staff is very different, for the most part they do not introduce themselves to a single Miss L. Nowhere a name, I got documents that were not addressed to me, the "nameless" lady said "the name there does not matter" and for the first time declined the offer of her colleague to help out )-: Clearly not working as a TEAM. As a recurring guest for decades, it is simply not used to and thinks it is a great pity.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff

We were booked to come to Velden to do a show for a big birthday party at another venue in Velden, I was a surprise guest artist for that show, but unfortunately we arrived and our suitcase did not, so I had no costumes or equipment and couldn't do the show, but Sally and the reception staff were so helpful calling the airport for us and trying to locate our case, but sadly we had no luck locating it. But loved the hotel and the area, so beautiful, and I recommend this hotel, great location and the most helpful and most polite staff ever.

Best place to stay when you will gamble in the Casino

Professional and friendly staff. Rooms with small balcony to the mainstreet are a bit noisy i.e. traffic from the mainstreet but also from the disco & clubs. But there are quiet rooms available. Breakfast starts for early birds at 06:00 and the buffet is great and offers food for every taste.

Awesome

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Casinohotel in Velden. Our room was just perfect, very big, clean and with a very large bed. After a night of gambling in the casino, the hotel is just a walk across the street.
