A very, very and very excellent place!!!
Rent a room at this hotel in August 2025. The price included breakfast in the restaurant "Galley" (lunch and dinner there).
The service: the staff is attentive, the waiters checked our table quite often for cleanliness, asked if we needed proof, if everything was OK, the menu knew perfectly, advised seasonal dishes but did not insist; the daily cleaning of the rooms was well done, the staff were always at the workstations and anyone could be approached on any issue.
Kitchen: Sevan trout is very different from what Russian residents are used to, the waiters explained to us that it is a river fish, and therefore different taste and presence of bones. We ordered grilled fish and boiled fish, tasted beyond expectations. The portions of the dishes are big enough that we Muscovites were very surprised.
In two weeks, we've never seen tea from bags, only fresh brewed according to all the rules. Especially I want to celebrate herbal tea with chebrets. The dishes we reordered were always surprising in their novelty and each time we were thrilled.
Prices in the restaurant do not exceed average prices in Yerevan, where we have rested repeatedly.
We're very excited, and we're definitely going to go back to this place, which we highly recommend.

Dirty hotel that smells awful.
The location of this hotel is great, so close to the lake and to the churches. But unfortunately we’ve had our worst hotel night in years here. It is so dirty and it smells awfully. The beds were years over the expiration date too by the way. But the worst is that it is simply not clean. Avoid despite the location. Hopefully the owner will invest, because it has so much potential!

Worst hotel
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it was a disaster. It's proximity to Lake Sevan and the Sevanavank monastery made us decide to stay in the area. The place was really beautiful but this hotel ruined our experience.
We were tired and this hotel looked decent on the outside. Don't be fooled it's not. Everything in the room is dirty, there is no proper ventilation making it stuffy inside. The vibe of the room is creepy at night. The owner also just comes inside without asking permission . There are flies in the room and the wifi is very weak. Blankets, pillows and beddings haven't been washed for a long time. We even wore our shoes( we didn't have slippers) walking around the room. That's how dirty it felt. The sofas are just as dirty. We paid 20,000amd for such and it's not worth it.
We wrote this review not to ruin anything, but to be of help to other travelers like us. If you plan to stay in Sevan, better check out accommodations in town rather than the ones near the monastery. It's not that hard to go to the monastery from the town of Sevan. You can just book taxi using Yandex.
Avoid staying at this hotel. Save yourself from all those inconveniences. A hostel might even be a lot better. Not even worth 1 star.

Awful!!!
If you want to have a noisy, moist-mouldy accomodation for a lot of money with "wonderful" nights lying on bedsprings, a flooded bathroom after taking a shower...Your right at this place.
Any other B&B in Armenia offers more service, clean rooms and a plenty of armenian food than this so called "Hotel".

Очень шумно - все слышно в номерах с улицы, невероятно громкая музыка - причем одновременно и с причала и с соседней территории, где беседки/мангальная зона. Настраивайтесь на шум с раннего утра и до часу ночи точно. Закрытые окна не помогают. В одну из ночей кто то пел до четырех утра....
Полотенца очень старые, застиранные; подушки маленькие, мягкие, неудобные. Матрас тоже оставляет желат ь лучшего.
Пляж - нету как такового - ездят кораблики и скутеры, причем лихо, место для купания не огорожено.
Плюсы - природа, свежий воздух, красивые виды на Севан
Полотенца очень старые, застиранные; подушки маленькие, мягкие, неудобные. Матрас тоже оставляет желат ь лучшего.
Пляж - нету как такового - ездят кораблики и скутеры, причем лихо, место для купания не огорожено.
Плюсы - природа, свежий воздух, красивые виды на Севан
