The resort is in really good condition. It was recently renovated. What’s unusual is that you can walk down to the beach but it’s pretty rocky and then there’s just a little bit of sand where there’s a public beach. Next time I would stay in Palm Beach or Eagle Beach.

Great location .. why it got some lower ratings was due to our room being located to an area of the property undergoing construction. For the most part staff were good .. barista lady in lobby was fabulous. Amenities are also good, with pickle ball rackets and balls available. Nice that beach is a short walk.. or shuttles available … which we did not use. Only unfortunate part is it is a public beach so palapas tough to get if u don’t go early in the AM as they are not just for hotel guests. Beach very nice though…

Everything was amazing we had an issue with booking and after it was resolved we still had an amazing room with an amazing view. I really appreciate all of the help from the front desk staff. All the amenities on all properties were amazing and the infinity pool DJ and bar was amazing!! Everyone was so nice oh and the breakfast buffet was really delicious and the other restaurants on the property. I had lamb lollipops that were so enjoyable I miss them from time to time. I will be booking again!!

Room and amenities were very nice . I suggest adding a fan to the outdoor patio for both coolness and to keep the bugs away. Property landscaping is gorgeous.
The front desk staff is very slow.
Possibly they need training or more staff is needed..
It was great to have the golf cart shuttle to travel the property.
