Family with children

This hotel has it all. Great value for money, friendly staff, spacious rooms, good food, excellent views, exceptionally clean and great play areas for children. We combined our stay with a trip to Rabkoland and it a well worth the visit. We will certainly return!

Great accomodation, super food, nice personal. We enjoied our stay there. Amazing views and friendly people. I can strongly recommend also for families with children. Very romantic place for pairs. Thank you...

Great hotel in a wonderful spot

Great hotel, our room was really high standard with a wonderful view on the Tatra Mountains. The pool is clean and great to relax when the place is not very busy (we were lucky as we stayed there in October so the place wasn't too crowded). The food is very tasty yet if you are a vegetarian and you book a deal on groupon or other provider and you have a meal included in your stay you need to notify the hotel in advance that you want a vegetarian option (we got a 2 course meal and both soup and the main course contained meat so we asked for the vegetarian main course on the spot and they couldn't provide it as it was too late and they had none left so we were a bit disappointed). Great place to stay anyway so I would give it a go again.

LOUD but nice

If you ever find yourself staying at this hotel and get a first floor room leave. DO NOT stay here on the first floor. It is so loud you will not get any sleep. The floors and walls are are all stone. You will hear the elevator, the swimming pool, the day care, the restaurant, and the reception.
That being said the rooms are quite nice. I stayed 5 days in winter and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The swimming pool and sauna were nice at the end of the day skiing. The jacuzzi was not at all warm so that was not very useful. The food was very good and the restaurant overlooks the valley. They even have a small discoteque for late nights recovering from jet lag or just want some loud music and a drink.
Overall the hotel is quite lovely. But the noise level is a big big problem on the first floor. I would not stay here again if I had a first floor room.

Huge Room & Great Service

We stayed here for a wedding in April 2013 and thought the hotel was lovely. The room was big and spotless with a seperate sitting room.
We found the bed comfortable and slept well. The breakfast was good - the usual continetal but with lots of choice and well presented. We also ate there for the wedding banquet and this was amazing.
The staff were ncie and despite me confusing them with dates, they were very accomodating.
We will definately return, probably during the ski season.
