Friendly but noisy and breakfast is poor

The staff are really nice here, and try to make an effort to speak English. The Ukranian waitress is excellent!
The rooms have bathroom doors on them which means there are holes at the bottom for ventilation - this means you can hear every sound from the corridor and all other rooms - not great since the hotel cater for groups - everything from school children to trade fair and conference goers.
Rooms have no kettles though they provide one if you ask.
The restaurant has an old fashioned feel to it and the food is mediocre and worse if you are staying alone - then the choice of breakfast is reduced and even the toaster is taken away!
Be aware that the house next door burn rubber to keep warm during winter months - do not open any windows! There is also a neighbourhood guard dog that barks nearly all night.
The first room I stayed in had cigarette burns i the carpet and looked over a flat roof full of cigarette butts - avoid the central rooms at the front. The room I had at the back was much better but the fan fell off the wall in the bathroom when I was there.
The rooms are mostly twin so don't expect a double bed.
The surrounding area is a bit sparse - it looks as though the town is growing out in this direction but hasn't really become established. Not ideal for a first visit to Kielce - you can easily miss the beautiful centre and nice eateries there.

słabo

niestety hotel słaby chociaż obsługa robi co może, pokoje bardzo ubogo wyposażone, tak cienkie ściany że słychać dokładnie każdego gościa hotelowego, rezerwowałam pokój z podwójnym łóżkiem na miejscu okazało się że dostałam z dwoma pojedynczymi

najbrudniejszy hotel w jakim byłem od wielu lat

poziom czystości w toaletach ogólnodostępnych był skrajnie fatalny. w pokoju brud, dywany nie czyszczone od lat, nie odkurzone, biurko, pilot TV, telefon nie nadawały się do użycia. w łazience strach stanąć gołą stopą...
jednym słowem - katastrofa ! gdyby nie późna godzina z pewnością bym nie spał.
za to dobre śniadanie...

Hotel zasługuje na 2 gwiazdki tylko że względu na mile panie sprzatajace oraz strefę relaksu chociaż też nie była idealna, ale od początku. W pokoju smród w łazience jeszcze większy (kanalizacja czy cos) grzyb na ścianie i odpadajaca farba. Łóżka podwójne to dwa łóżka pojedyncze tyle że złączone. W pokoju zimno pomimo że grzejniki na 5. Skromne wyposażenie pokoju jak za te pieniądze.sniadania ubogie no chyba że ktoś lubi zeschnieta szynke. Pomimo że był wybór ale niestety nie bardzo było co zjesc. Sauny fajne, basen i jacuzzi strasznie dawały chlorem i ogólnie woda zimna no ale niech będzie. Chociaż przy wyjscu z basenu trzeba uważać żeby się nie połamać ponieważ śliskie płytki to chyba nie najlepszy pomysł. Ogólnie hotel nadaje się do gruntowego remontu i za ta cenę można znaleźć coś dużo fajniejszego

Fatalnie

Jedyny plus tego hotelu to parking. Pokoje są brudne, obskurne i małe. W łazience straszny smród. Basen? Tak, jest - ale zarezerwowany przez prywatną osobę, która zamknęła go na klucz i nie ma do niego dostępu. Nikomu nie polecam.
