Generally good
Note, this hotel has been renamed Hotel Nysa.
Location is a 10 minutes walk from the rail and bus station. Impressive building including the large courtyard at the rear. Room was comfortable and very clean. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Good bathroom especially the shower. Breakfast had a good selection of food and was well presented.
Staff not exactly giving a warm or friendly welcome. WiFi didn't work. The fruit bowl on the buffet breakfast had some items rotting with insects over them. The staff who saw me when I got there disappeared by the time I left so couldn't advise them.

Hotel Shambles
Hotel Court Park is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was offered an 'apartment' which turned out to be an attic bedroom. Everything in this hotel is tired and broken and cheap. The sheets did not fit the bed. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned because I was told that their policy is to clean only once every three days. Towels were not refreshed daily and there was no daily replacement of bottles of water and no glass to drink it out of. There was an antiquated free-standing fridge for 'guest refreshments' but there was nothing in it. The toilet seat was loose. The door-handle to the shower was broken and quite sharp so it could have caused a nasty cut. The seat of one of the couches was peeling. The handle had fallen off the window. One of the wall lights did not work. The breakfast in the restaurant was beyond basic. There was a silverfish in my orange juice glass. The coffee from the antiquated coffee machine was tepid. The whole hotel needed a thorough clean and refurbishment and the 'garden' was an overgrown tangle of weeds. Quite frankly the only thing the Hotel Court Park would be good for would be the setting for a horror movie.

only the location - nothing more
Good location near the very center of Nysa and unfortunately that's all. Very poor, budget hotel at best. Rooms and furnishings in the style of a cheap hostel. Some of the lighting does not work, there is no soundproofing of the walls or doors - you can hear every noise from the corridor and the neighboring room and bathroom.
Breakfast in the neighboring building (!) - you have to go outside.... Standard breakfast for PLN 40 - no comment.
Staff - as above
To sum up - the standard is completely inadequate for the price!

A First Experience in Poland
Traveled to Poland to help organise my son’s wedding to his Polish bride. Hotel is well situated in this very quaint town and is conveniently situated opposite a park.
First impressions were good with a large gated car park and garden beyond the hotel. Lobby is nice with attentive staff and some speak English too. Room on first floor was large and well decorated with a great shower en suite. Breakfast is outside in an adjacent building that also has a bar.
Now on the other hand despite the nice room there seemed to be no room service - beds were not made up - bathroom not cleaned. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed. There is no info pack in the room, no safe or fridge etc and we didn’t really see any other guests. We were the only people at breakfast which was (sausages and egg plus yogurt and cheese etc). The bar was deserted and shut most nights at 9pm. The hotel and bar occupies two sides
Of the courtyard garden - the other side appears to be being renovated so there is a lot of building noise.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Die Betten im DZ sind mit 1,60m für zwei Personen zu schmal. Das Bettlaken für die Fläche der Matratze zu klein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes von 3 Nächten wurde das Zimmernicht einmal gereinigt, und die Betten gemacht. Um fehlende Toilettenrollen musste man sich selbst kümmern. In vier Doppelzimmer, die wir nutzten, fehlte ein zweites Handtuch. Das Frühstück war gut, doch fehlte Obst. Das Küchenpersonal war unmotiviert. Schon bei dem Wunsch eines zweiten Kaffees aus der Maschine, die nur von den Angestellten bedient werden konnte, wurde mit den Augen gerollt. Man hätte es lieber gesehen, wenn man sich des löstlichen Kaffes bedient hätte, so dass sich die Küchendamen weiterhin ungestört hätten unterhalten können. Wirklich störend war, dass sich gegenüber des Hotels eine Disco befand. Die Musik war derart laut, dass sie auch durch das geschlossene Fenster deutlich zu hören war, sofern die Fenster zum Parkplatz oder zur Seite ausgerichtet sind. Freitags lief die Musik bis 3 Uhr, Samstag bis 4 Uhr früh in gleicher Lautstärke. Ansonsten wirkt die gesamte Stadt schon ab 20 Uhr wie ausgestorben. Dem Personal war die Situation bekannt, doch ist die Hotelleitung offenbar nicht Willens diese geschäftsschädigende Situation, die sich jedes Wochenende wiederholt, zu ändern. Der sehr schöne parkartige Innenhof wirkt leider etwas vernachlässigt. Der Internetauftritt des Hotels weicht ganz erheblich von der Realität ab. Die dort beschriebenen Restaurants sind nicht existent! Wir hatten ein Essen für 21 Personen vorab verabredet, das uns am Anreisetag, ein Tag vor dem Essen, abgesagt wurde. Die Rezeptionistin am Anreisetag (Natalia) konnte keinen Ersatz liefern. Erst die Dame am nächsten Morgen (Magda) war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Nachhinein stellte sich die Absage als großes Glück heraus. Das Hotel hat Potential, wird aber lieblos geführt. Als Gast fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Man könnte das Gefühl haben zu stören. Von einem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rate ich, wie auch meine Mitreisenden, dringend ab.
