Our original hotel cancelled a week before our trip so we had to find something quickly. This building was available and the apartment was much bigger than we needed but comfortable and clean and conveniently located in the old part of the city. Only drawback was noise. It is an old building and footsteps from above reverberate. Not a great choice for light sleepers, but we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Birthday in Lisbon

I booked their appointment, precisely on the second floor, for two couples at the beginning of February.
I had seen the photos on TripAdvisor and honestly it seemed more well maintained than I actually found.
Unfortunately we found a very rainy period so from a window (the one in front of the kitchen) came water.
Another drawback was the lack of water in the refrigerator... usually you find it as a gesture of courtesy to guests... at least it has always happened to me.
However the location was perfect ... the 3 stars for the location, (Alfama is the oldest district, close to places of great interest such as the Castle and the Cathedral).
Tip: put some clothes hangers in the hallway even just knobs attached to the wall.

Great location, has everything. May have nosy neighbors above you if you choose the downstairs apartment but nothing you can’t tolerate.

This was big place in an awesone location, with everything you could need. The only issue i had was the rules were very abrasive and made it not feel very homey

We loved the apartment. Five of us stayed and it was very comfortable. Walking distance to most things. Uber is also an option that worked very well and was very inexpensive. We stayed the last week in October so Air Conditioning was not needed but I can see how it could be hot in the summer. Great local vibe.
