Outstanding service, great facilities

This was my first time visiting this hotel and came with ky partner and dad to celebrate my grandmother's 73rd birthday. The facilities by themselves are already amazing, with a modern design filled with natural elements. But what really made this stay completely unforgettable was without a doubt the staff. I would like to make a special mention to Maria Inês who days before my arrival was already calling me to know more info on the celebration occasion and she made sure to not only upgrade our rooms but also make preparations throughout the entire stay on order for my grandmother to feel special. On her birthday (3/7) we dinned in Tempera restaurant and right away the hostess Jessica recognized and congratulated grandmother. The entire restaurant staff further suprised us with a cake and champanhe while singing happy birthday! Needless to say my grandmother even teared up for feeling so special! I will definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a 10 star service from the staff! Simply the best there is!

GREAT place, great staff!!!

Shout out to Joana and Leonor - so helpful and kind. We had a terrific stay. Our villa was updated and beautifully furnished with so many comforts. Would definitely recommend this place. Loved how it was across from the beach and had a pool.

Wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Close to a perfect experience honestly. Great facility, beautiful pools, great service... We stayed for two days, took full advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools, rented e-bikes, visited Obidos... The staff was amazing, the buffet was varied and delicious, wonderful respite on our way from Porto to Sintra.

Good beach hotel

Very spacious room with good toilet. Less significant: at night there were noises of household appliances and even music. Next to our room should be a department for hotel staff. Large pool, but with few places. Good access to the beach. Very friendly collaborators, always available.
