Disgusting

Full of fleas and bedbugs, ended up in hospital because I had so many bites. I only stayed there for a few hours. You will ruin your holidays

Unheated room, we were frozen. The shared bathroom was not cleaned during the 4 days of our stay. When we arrived we did not have the correct code and we found ourselves in front of the landing it was necessary to call twice to have a correct information

An unsanitary horror

Horrible ! I have traveled all over the world but I have never had such an unhealthy room! You can see the mold in the bathroom in the photos, but you can't smell the smell that goes with it and the problem isn't just in the bathroom but it's everywhere in the room! The mattress is damp, the heat from our bodies causes the humidity to evaporate and we are soaked! The smell is impregnated on the sheets and pillows. It is imperative to sleep with the window open to be able to breathe normally. After a second sleepless night I contacted the hotelier who made fun of me and offered me cleaning tomorrow... oh yes, because cleaning is obviously not included in the service! A cleaning that will be of no use since cleaning does not allow for better ventilation! It’s an unhealthy room in which the hotelier would not let his mother sleep but who unscrupulously rents it out to tourists! This is an establishment to avoid!

Horrible

Oh my God! Dirty accommodation, the sheets and towels clearly stink, no other thermal baths. We just reserve a room with shower and toilet and the dining room and kitchen is a living room. So I'll give you the details of the noise made by the other tenants, 0 respect. They listen to loud music in the kitchen, dry their hair at 11:30 p.m. with the door wide open. Some came home at midnight, laughing like crazy. It’s noisy, it’s dirty. We were supposed to stay there for 5 nights, we left the morning after our arrival and I couldn't stay there. Do not go!!

TO FLEE!!!!

Where to start,
The establishment is not clean at all, brown stains on the floor, leaking toilet, water from the shower that does not drain, mold on the ceiling, no heating.
In addition, this accommodation is a 5-bedroom shared accommodation, which is not specified in the ad.
The bed is not comfortable and there is a strange smell in the room.
Not to mention the non-existent sound insulation which means you can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms.
If you want to have a good vacation, DON'T COME HERE.
