The hotel my Gloria is a quiet and cozy place, and pleasant for everyone, also has several different animals I recommend!!

Nothing glorious. Forced spa.

I chose the hotel for positioning as “hotel farm boutique”. The communication, the photos and the prior care of the reservations really pass that impression. Inclusive, the attendance of the reservation and reception team was one of the factors that made me believe in the differentiated proposal.
But the practical experience is another.

Restricted and disorganized feeding
Extremely limited hours:
Coffee: 8h–10h
Lunch: 12h–13h
Until now, everything is fine — if the service works in an organized way.
What happens:
• Desserts are not available with lunch. They're put when they decide.
• One day, I had lunch at 12:45 and at 12:55 I had to leave because my baby started crying in bed — the dessert hadn’t been laid yet.
• The other day, I stayed until 13:10 (after the official schedule) and the dessert just didn’t show up.
First day:
• Four types of pasta + pizza rotizio.
• No protein.
• No dessert on the grounds of having sweet pizza.
Second day:
• Churrasco with common cuts (contrafilé, copa, lombo), lingui, heart and chicken.
There is no children's dish.
On the day of pasta and pizza, I had to order separate portions of rice and beans for my baby because there was no suitable option. On the other days there was rice and beans in the buffet, but no proposal for children.
Boutique assumes caution. What I saw was only limitation.

Infrastructure incompatible with discourse.
A chalet of approximately 40m2, with direct incidence of afternoon sun.
Equipped with air conditioning of 9,000 BTUs.
Result: During the day does not cool properly.
Shower giving electric shock. Unstable and slow internet.
Presence of cockroach stools in the room (with registration).
That's not a detail. It's operational standard.

Hospitality below the expected
Shampoo in bags, of inferior quality and was not reposted in none of the 4 days I stayed. No gesture of welcome or care that supports the label “boutique”.
Waiters commenting loudly that “a couple ordered beer, nothing to do with pasta and pizza, they should have ordered wine.” My wife listened while serving. Who wants to know their opinion?
This is not sophistication. It's a lack of training.

Programming that doesn't happen. We received an official agenda of activities. I waited 1 hour for feeding the animals. I asked four times at the reception. The activity simply did not occur. The next day, only remarketing per message. No explanation. No apology.

Positive points (just recognize)
• The cleaning girls were polite, attentive and quick in arranging the rooms.
• The service of the reservation and reception team was cordial and efficient — and, ironically, it was what came closest to the boutique proposal.

Conclusion
It's not about wanting luxury. This is about coherence between positioning and delivery.
If the proposal were simple, the expectation would be simple. But selling exclusivity and delivering disorganization generates frustration.
It remains the alert for those who value experience, care and professionalism.
Don't fall into it.

The place is beautiful but leaves much to be desired!!

Very nice place, well treated animals, the staff of the restaurant are very attentive and attentive, good live music but I think only. My expectations were high and I left frustrated. The food had little variety, the first day was very good but as the days went by it fell in quality and options. There were several experiences that did not happen, I passed the days without having anything to do with my family. The package is full board but does not include water, which is super expensive. It’s an environment far from everything, where you can’t buy anything out and end up being forced to pay the very high price they charge. In all guesthouses full pension that already stay in life, the water was included, in this is charged and an absurd price. The children's area with deteriorated toys, dirty environment, with the loose synthetic grass carpet causing accidents. The internet didn't work right in the room, the signal was extremely slow, almost in the dava to use. As the place is very isolated, no cell phone signal, the internet needed to be very good. The same happened in other areas of the hotel. The pool is very small and does not contain the amount of guests, I could not use any of the days because there was no space. Room service does not exist, I stayed 4 days and in none of them there was service for changing or cleaning the bed linen or even to take out the garbage and renew the papers and utensils from the bathroom or frigobar. I took 5 days and ended up leaving 1 day before because I no longer wanted to stay. Very frustrated, paid expensive, disappointed and will hardly be a place where I will return

Place of peace!✌

Cozy place, organized, very well cared for, full breakfast, good structure. I suggest only a larger variation for children's dishes, on the first day it was self-service, better served in the question of gastronomy. I leave a specific reserve for 3 employees in particular, Léo and João with impeccable care, sympathy, smile on the face, first-time care, super requested, and Rodrigo (recreation), super attentive, willing, welcoming, a love for the children, someone who really feels pleasure in what he does! These 3 in particular, made our experience even better!
