Excellent value for money in Campinas-SP

Due to a business meeting scheduled at the last minute, I went to Campinas, without time to research much about the hotels closest to the meeting location, but I found Deck Hostel, conveniently close, affordable and suitable...
I called to say that my check in would be a little delayed and the person was very polite and explained to me about the deadline for her departure, which was until 10pm.
I arrived at the Hostel, very well located on a quiet and cozy street, 5 minutes before 10 pm and, to my pleasant surprise, I was very, very well attended to by the girl Isabella, who stayed until after hours, explaining to me about the Hostel, the entrance door password and other procedures, with a lot of politeness and patience...
The room was small, but well distributed and cozy... I liked the bathroom and the shower...
In the morning, I was rested and the person at reception was also very courteous and polite...
I will definitely return to this excellent example of advantageous value for money...

Beware the owner!!

The hostel owner is an unbalanced madman. I entered the hostel to find out and ask for information about the daily rate and the owner rudely said that I shouldn't enter without ringing the bell and closed the window in my face. I will report this hostel on all possible travel platforms and hope that it is closed so that no one else has to experience this situation. I should have read the reviews before going to this place.

Péssimo atendimento e falta de educação

Fiz uma reserva e solicitei SE POSSÍVEL substituir o café da manhã (pão, frios, leite e manteiga) por frutas. Eles responderam que o café não possui acréscimos, no entanto, expliquei que não solicitei acréscimos e sim substituir por alimentos inclusive que são mais baratos, seria até mais lucrativo para eles.
Mesmo com a negativa eu permaneci com a reserva e estava me programando para me virar com o café da manhã, até que 10 minutos depois eu recebo uma msg e e-mail informando que preferiram cancelar a minha reserva "para não começar nada torto" e eu insatisfeita!
Se eles não me queriam insatisfeita conseguiram proporcionar um sentimento pior do que isso, pois além das pessoas que me indicaram o hostel, as redes sociais saberão da falta de feeling e mau atendimento deste Hostel.

Infelizmente, o proprietário é extremamente mal educado, inclusive pelo telefone... nunca ouviu falar em hospitalidade, em atendimento ao cliente, em cortesia, respeito... não recomendo! Incrível imaginar uma boa avaliação para essa experiência!

Péssimo atendimento

Esse hostel nem deveria existir, se o atendimento por whatsapp é péssimo, imagina presencialmente.
A pessoa que responde seus futuros hóspedes com descaso,insultando com palavras de alto calão,não sabe ser cordial com o próximo,não entende sobre hospitalidade,não tem a alma para trabalhar com público.
