Lovely seaside oasis

One of the newest pousadas in Canoa, and perhaps the nicest, Casa do Jardim was designed and built by its French owner, an architect. The location is ideal for those who want to be close both to the beach and to Broadway, the heart of Canoa's nightlife, without having to contend with the crowds, noise, and parking limitations. Rooms are spacious, and have verandas with an ocean view and ocean breeze. The style is both natural and elegant. And the garden, designed by the owner's son, is worthy of providing the pousada with its name.
All rooms but one have air conditioning and television. I was told that minibars will soon be in each room, and work is about to begin on a swimming pool. But the best feature is, and likely will continue to be, the personal interest the owner shows in each guest. Being well traveled herself, she invites guests to share their own travel experiences, and it is not unusual for conversations in several languages to take place at night in the thatched-room salon that is the central common area.
While many hotels and pousadas in Brazil offer complimentary breakfast, the one at Casa do Jardim is quite exceptional and usually includes dishes made to order by the owner herself, such as crepes or omelets.

Aconchegante

Pousada simples e aconchegante, quarto amplo e bem arrumado, fomos em 3 adultos e 1 criança e ficamos bem acomodados, café da manhã bem gostoso porém simples. Indico que se for sair à noite peça a chave do portão para a proprietária pois não tem portaria e muitos hóspedes ficam buzinando pra abrir. Ruas de areia mas o carro passou sem problemas

Boa experiência

É uma pousada simples, familiar, não espere luxo, porém o quarto é confortável, limpo e tem uma sacada com uma mesinha e cadeiras para relaxar com vista para a praia de canoa. O que não gostei: não tem box no banheiro e à noite você mesmo tem que abrir o portão para entrar com o carro. O banheiro não tem box, então o banho molha tudo. O que gostei: a dona é muito simpática e receptiva e faz um café da manhã muito bom. Apesar de meio escondida tem boa localização (próxima à praia)

Super sympa !

Une propriétaire française adorable qui vous accueille aux petits soins !
Nous avons eu la chance qu'elle nous accompagne à cheval dans les dunes et ce fut probablement le meilleur moment de notre séjour !
La pousada est difficile à trouver, il faut emprunter un chemin de terre mais c'est mieux car on est plutôt écarté de l'agitation (et le sommeil s'en porte mieux).
N'hésitez pas à demander a un buggeiro qui connaît bien le coin :)
Bref, a l'année prochaine casa do jardim car nous y retournons avec plaisir !

Pousada aconchegante!

A pousada é bem organizada, com quartos espaçosos e bem limpos. Possui varanda com vista para a praia e dunas. O atendimento faz nos sentir como se estivesse em casa. O café da manhã é muito bom e organizado. Fui surpreendida!
