WATER WITH SMELL OF SEWAGE.
I stayed in the suite with hydro, the first suite (114) when turning on the bathtub, raised an unbearable smell of ESGOTO. As if it wasn't enough, in the bathroom window there is a chimney that around 9hrs, releases a smoke that invades the room, bringing every smell of smoke per room. And being not enough, the roupons were chewing the old softener and the coffee maker in the room was dirty, with remains of coffee and MOFO.
When complaining with the manager, the next day, the same exchanged us with suite (121) that was cleaner and organized, but with several other problems: the bathroom had no privacy, it was a transparent glass door and all light from São Paulo invades the room at dawn. Another point is that the floors are loosening, each step was a breakdown, which could cause an accident if the floor breaks.
OBS: SUITES WITH WATER, NO ACCESSIBILITY. YOU GET UP ONE PART OF THE ELEVATOR AND THE REST OF THE STAIRS.
Breakfast: nothing to complain about, but nothing to praise. Common, same options in 4 days.
The hotel is well located, close to many "touristic" points of São Paulo, I did a lot on foot. The region has a lot of people and street situation, but there is a lot of movement and police. AND THAT WAS THE POSITIVE POINT OF MY STAY AT THE HOTEL.

A grateful surprise in the centre of São Paulo.
At first I was afraid that the hotel was not very good for the price, but the hotel is really very good.
Positive points:
- Comfortable beds
- Large bathroom
- Cleaning
- Hamburgers and pizzeria in the same building, including discount coupons provided to guests
- Closed parking (paid)
For me, the only negative point is that the location, in which though is very good, is in a place, apparently, not very safe.
