Great location.
Negative points: The hostel has many stairs (there are 3 floors), in addition to quite steep, the super small individual room, did not have air conditioning, mainly, in the shared room. The backs of the shared amount were soft which generated a little fear of falling. I stayed 2 days in the shared room and the rest in the individual. Despite having already paid for the individual, one of the owners of the hostel came to ask me if I could stay in the shared again because 1 of the girls who were in the shared preferred the individual which, I found absurd because I only stayed 2 days in the shared because there was no vacancy in the individual during the entire stay. I also realized that although there was internal parking, this did not accommodate all cars.

Fomos Vítimas de Conduta Aparentemente Ilegal / We Were Victims of Seemingly Illegal Conduct
· Fomo vítimas de conduta, em tese, ilegal, pois o preço padrão da suíte com ar, para a data reservada R$ 160,00 para a suíte com ar. No Booking, foi cobrado o valor de R$ 198,00 para o quarto sem ar e sem Banheiro Privativo. Ao chegar na hospedagem e percebendo que eu e minha namorada não teríamos outro lugar para ir pois todos os hotéis de Vila Velha foram-nos cobrado R$ 398,00. Ajuizaremos a devida demanda judicial, pois no conflito de preços deverá prevalece o menor.
Art. 5º da Lei 10.962/2004.
Art. 5º No caso de divergência de preços para o mesmo produto entre os sistemas de informação de preços utilizados pelo estabelecimento, o consumidor pagará o menor dentre eles.

· We were victims of conduct, in theory, illegal, since the standard price of the suite with air, for the reserved date R$ 160.00 for the suite with air. On Booking, the amount of R$ 198.00 was charged for the room without air and without private bathroom. Upon arriving at the accommodation and realizing that my girlfriend and I would have nowhere else to go as all hotels in Vila Velha were charged R$ 398.00. We will file the due lawsuit, as in the price conflict, the lowest shall prevail.
Art. 5 of Law 10.962/2004.
Art. 5th In case of divergence of prices for the same product between the price information systems used by the establishment, the consumer will pay the lowest among them.
