Piece of jewel

Second time visiting the hotel. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, specious rooms, the food is absolutely perfect and the owners are the friendliest people you can meet. We were a larger group but they still provide an outstanding service with smile.

Relaxing gateway

The hotel is very cosy with clean thematic rooms. We were accommodated in a lovely purple room with big balcony and great mountain view. The hotel staff were very friendly and we had great time at the restaurant (outside next to the pool). The food was delicious made with fresh products and the breakfast included in the price was amazing and everything was freshly cooked. There is live music during the weekend nights - Bulgarian music, so the restaurant was quite full and we had a lot of fun. Everyone at the hotel was very nice to our little dog.

Nice hotel for young

We visited with my girlfriend this hotel about a year and a half. It is almost new, inside smells like new! The rooms are very clean and cozy. From the balcony which was at the rear of the hotel has a nice view of the mountains and on the river that runs down very nicely audible especially at night. The staff is very friendly. Where to eat breakfast in the morning there is a cafe and the people of the city to drink coffee there in the morning with us until the breakfast - not very nice that! Dinner at the restaurant. The food was pretty good!

Hotel which doesn't care at all for it's guests

The Hotel accommodation is average - average rooms - well furnished but already need a repairmen. Breakfast is low level comple with products from METRO.
The great disappointment for our relaxing weekend were the construction (repairmen) works ongoing in the hotel accompanied with a unbearable sound of hammers and drilling. Saturday we had to call the reception to stop the works at least from 14:00 to 16:00 (and I believe they have to figure out this for themselves). The worst was Sunday when we were wakened up at 8:30 by the same terrible noise.
The floor of the room was not cleaned well.
I wont visit again a Hotel which doesn't care at all for it's guests

bulgarije teteven

goedkoop hotel in prachtige omgeving(in het oud gebergte)zwembad,airco wifi aanwezig....het eten is goed(s'morgen wel altijd hetzelfde(in de prijs inbegrepen)je kan natuur wel iets anders bestellen mits betaling.er zijn dan ook voldoende andere mogelijkheden in het dorp zelf
