While we are pleased to hear that you found our rooms spacious and our team friendly, we are truly sorry that your overall experience did not meet your expectations.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the extended check-in time and the inconvenience caused by the issues you encountered with the room facilities, including the television, washing machine, door locks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and hot water availability. We also regret the unpleasant odor in the hallway carpets and the delays in addressing your requests. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly during what should have been a relaxing family holiday.
We are especially concerned by your comments regarding the cockroach found in the room and your child's reported insect bites. Please be assured that cleanliness, hygiene, and guest safety are matters we take very seriously. Your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate investigation and corrective action.
We also regret that the pool area was overcrowded and that the holiday period impacted your overall experience. While high occupancy can present operational challenges, this should never compromise the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

Friendly Team and Comfortable Space, but Some Facilities Need Attention
The maintenance team also did their best to resolve the issues we encountered in the apartment, and we sincerely appreciate their efforts. We also really loved the spacious room.
Disliked:
1. The living room TV was not working for around 18 hours. Although it was replaced on the first night, it was only fully configured the following day, so our family could not use it during that time.
2. The balcony door was not closing properly, allowing outside noise and warm air into the living room, which made it uncomfortable to relax there. It was fixed the next day.
3. The washing machine was unusable throughout our 72-hour stay due to an “E:21” error. Maintenance tried to fix it on two occasions but could not resolve the issue, and no replacement was provided.
4. Towels were not available in the pool and sauna area on our first day.
5. The kitchen fridge was making a rattling noise because the stand appeared to be unbalanced.
