High service quality experience
All the hotel staff were excellent in accomodating every request with a smile, left no room for any inconveniences to be encountered.
Valet service staff helped move heavy luggage and managed everything efficiently and efficiently. Bhupinder went above and beyond in helping us fit our luggage and helped the overall experience alot.

Excellent value for money
After a beach holiday out on The Palm we decided to get close to the Dubai Mall for for some last minute shopping on our last day in Dubai before returning to the UK. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly and it was also ideal for our early morning flight the next morning being a short 15 mins away from the airport by taxi.
For the price point we felt The Doubletree delivered exceptional value. The rooms are spacious and well kept offering all you’d need for a pleasant stay. As noted the hotel is well situated for Dubai Mall which of course includes Burj Khalifa and the fountains. Just outside the hotel is a pleasant square with some shops and eateries.
We didn’t stay long enough to experience the pool offering, or breakfast. However worthy of note the service levels we experienced which were exceptional throughout the hotel.
Certainly a hotel offering excellent value for money. We’d have no hesitation in returning.

Excellent stop in Dubai
We had a very good experience at this hotel for a one-night stopover; the staff is very warm and attentive. We were offered an extra bed for our family room to have more space and were upgraded. The breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are super comfortable. In short, nothing but good things.

Professional staff and marvelous food
The experience was about to be catastrophic when i knew that the pool area was closed for re-innovation but Eslam from the front disk guided me to another nearby pool and arranged everything for me there to make sure that my day is going well
Also the room was very nice and clean
The breakfast was amazing with multiple varieties.
