I have never seen as many people at the breakfast as I did in three breakfasts here. They were lined up out the door and there were not enough seats. Everything else was great.

We had two rooms - a spacious King room with a VERY comfortable king sized bed, excellent. However, the King “suite” with the pull out couch was not very aesthetically pleasing. The “bedroom” was at the back of the space and had the only window. The “living room” where you enter off the hallway was very small with a TV/desk and pull out couch. No window, so no light, super small and dismal. It really doesn’t work to try to fit a “suite” into a regular King room so that you can charge more money. The king bed was comfortable, comparable to the bed in the King room, but the pull out couch wasn’t great and the space was claustrophobic. Also, the occupants felt there was no AC - room felt hot and stuffy.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to airport, 20 minutes by drive to downtown - but it s a bit aged - it feels older than hotels we have been to in Canada - needs some modernizing but is clean otherwise. Some of the wall sockets seems worn out and loose, one of the telephones in the room wasnt working etc.
The breakfast too was very repetitive and limited in choice as well, again compared to other similar hotels in Canada - the bread/bagels seemed a bit more stale and the breakfast room furniture seemed very old and not fit for purpose.
The pool area itself was good but not well stocked with towels
Parking was plentiful and never an issue
