EXCELENTE
Me parece un hotel excelente, su personal es muy amable, te tratan con confianza y respeto, es muy acogedor, muy cómodo, muy aseado, la limpieza es muy buena, está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de la parte turística, histórica y comercial, se puede ir a pie a muchos lugares de interes por la cercanía, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Reasonable priced hotel downtown
Nothing really special about this hotel except the reasonable price per room. Is right across from the cathedral, and right downtown. You would think with how much foot traffic the neighborhood has there would be plenty of restaurants unfortunately there is literally nothing in the area besides take aways. If I stayed in Manizales again I would likely stay a little closer to the university area where the restaurants and bars are. Beds were pretty hard if that is a deal breaker.

Excellent hotel in Manizales city
In Manizales one has to choose between Hostals in Zona Rosa and Hotels in downtown Manizales. The hostals in Zona Rose are cheaper but the standard is also lower and the Wifi point can be out of order or very slow.
If you really prefer a nice room with a really good bed and an excellent WIFI point I would suggest choosing Hotel Bolivar Plaza. The hotel has character with nice furniture an excellent WIFI point.
If you have stayed at cheaper lodgings for several days you will appreciate Hotel Boliver Plazas nice beds. It will be about twice as expensive to stay at Hotel Boliver Plaza compared to the hostals in Zona Rosa but the breakfast is included in the price. I would say money wisely spent the hotel is worth the costs. However there are disadvantages as well. If you choose a room facing the Basilica for the nice view take into a count that this is an noisy option. This is calm and not so noisy in the evenings but then very early morning traffic starts it will be very noisy. If this is important to you choose a room away from the streets. I preferred the view and had no trouble with the noise!

Modern hotel in the heart of the city
Our stay here was a lovely surprise. We took a chance, as it was not on Tripadvisor. Fabulous modern and clean room right opposite the magnificent cathedral. Not much traffic, as the road is mainly used by taxis. In the heart of the city, near banks and shopping streets. Really friendy staff. We stayed one night, then went to Los Nevados for two nights, and returned here on the fourth night. We had left some of our baggage with the hotel and it was waiting for us in the room on our return. The housekeeper initially came across as a little abrupt, but she was so helpful and caring. She even made sure we had breakfast really early, in time for our 6.30am pick up for the National park. The receptionist also allowed us to use the hotel's pc to check emails and print our boarding pass for our morning flight. Good inexpensive minibar in the room. Check in and check out was efficient and fast.

Agradable pero sin parqueadero
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas; cuentan con lo necesario para una estadía agradable. No me gustó que aparece que tiene parqueadero y en realidad no lo tiene. Supuestamente tiene un convenio con un parqueadero a dos cuadras, sin embargo, solo es un descuento por dejar el vehiculo en la noche (tu debes pagar aen el hotel además de la habitacion 8.500 pesos por el parquedaero) hasta ahí bien; pero si tu tomas un tour en el dia y dejas tu vehiculo allí, tienes que pagar el resto del tiempo, entonces al final terminas pagando las 24 horas de parqueo como si fueras particular. Considero que entonces no deberia decir que cuenta con parqueadero y si van a hacer un convenio entonces dentro del pago por la habitación debería estar incluida la noche del parquedero o el día completo y no tener que dar recargos adicionales.
