Perfect hotel

We visited this hotel where we found a great room, a comfortable bed and everything we needed to enjoy it. In particular, the pool is really useful in summer, returning to the hotel after daily explorations, it is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, especially at sunset.
The family management is impeccable: owners and son very kind, always helpful.
The gem is that you eat very well! We had breakfast (I would say almost brunch!) and an unforgettable dinner. I also highly recommend it for the location.

Dreadful dinner experience

I can only comment on the restaurant as we visited for dinner.
It was by far the worst meal we had on eight day trip.
The lamb dish was inedible. When we complained the pile of fat was taken from the table. I respect that the lack of apology/explanation was down to a language barrier but that’s irrelevant if you just looked at the meal. Certainly having a bill amended would have been a suitable gesture.
Ironically we replicated our meal a few days later in another restaurant and it was delicious.
In addition my pork was over cooked.
Such a shame as we had high expectations.

Excellent panoramic spot from a hotel room

This hotel has probably one of the best views on the valley and towards the Caucasus. Definitely recommended to stay at one of the rooms at the upper floor, especially the last one on right, to enjoy the best panorama. The stay does not include breakfast, but there are several restaurant options at walking distance.

Western standards in Georgia

My wife and I stayed at Bellevue for 4 nights. The hotel was situated just a little outside the town center which provided tranquility and an incredible view from the balcony. The room was spotlessly clean and modern with both a great shower and much appreciated AC. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Best of all, the owner Ilia was both kind and helpful. He gave great suggestions on things to do and assisted us with organizing a driver for a day tour around the wineries. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Boutique Hotel Bellevue to anyone staying in Sighnaghi.

Hidden gem in Signaghi

Our stay here was wonderful. The boutique hotel was spotless, decorated very stylishly, and we had a stunning view over the valley from our balcony. Ilyas was so welcoming and he offered us a complimentary wine tasting of his own wines, after which he offered us the rest of the bottle! He was a very genuine host and we will definitely stay here again if we return. they are currently expanding to add 4 rooms above and when completed I think this place will be one of the best to stay in Signaghi :) thanks very much to Ilyas and his staff for a fantastic stay!
