The 2 staff members I interacted where cold. Only decent thing about the breakfast was the waffle and it was mediocre at best.

Room was clean and hotel appeared to be in safe location. Breakfast was 7-9, but I had to hit the road at 0400. Staff did job as expected but not very friendly.

Camping out

Room itself was fine. WiFi worked well. No noise issues to speak of. However I do think someone is living in a small trailer in the parking lot. I also noticed trashed piled up outside the side entrance. Nobody was around at check out. Tim Hortons is steps away!

It’s ok

Clean but showing age. Bathroom fan/light has a huge crack, cracks in bathroom wall, rip in couch, but very clean and the pillows were good. My friend got a reused key card holder, kinda gross as it had obviously gotten wet. Staff was nice. Ok if you just need a place to lay your head for the night.

This place is disgusting, smelly, and unsanitary. I stayed one of my three nights and left. Tried to get a refund for the two days I did not stay due to the conditions of the room and hotel and they refused to help their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BUGS, AND LIKE DIRTY, SMELLY ROOMS. Front desk was extremely unhelpful, refused to assist me with any help regarding the condition of the place; they did not care at all. Do not waste your money and time and do not believe the reviews you see. This place is disgusting and they don't take care of the rooms or their customers who stay there. The front desk people answering the phones will tell you that they cannot confirm their manager's hours, which is ridiculous! Disgusting, unprofessional and horrible experience. Never again!
