Short term, friendly and welcoming!

Great location, clean rooms, friendly and always helpful staff at the front desk that go above and beyond to accommodate any need you have! I also am grateful for their commitment to guest safety and security and ensure there are security gates and doors accessed by key card entry only. Also the new key card upgrade was the best investment since they don’t deactivate now when close to your cellphone :) they were also very flexible on any accommodations needed in the event of a room change that was needed and I appreciate all of their kindness during my short term stay! I can not say enough great things about this extended stay in fife! Thank you team!

Comfortable, clean, safe temporary stay at ESA

Extended Stay Fife, conveniently located off of I-5 without the I-5 noise which allows a peaceful night's rest. As much as I could avoid a hardship and not need an immediate temporary home -- I knew Extended Stay was always the best choice in any short term need. The front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and management combined truly do their best to interact with the guests and are always striving to improve anywhere necessary. I can respect a hard working team just trying to always get better and maintaining this property as a safe and great place to stay at an affordable rate. I love that Extended Stay is also tucked away in Fife and secured with two gates and locking lobby doors that can only be accessed via key card entry and there is always someone who is working at the front desk, it provides you with a level of security that is hard to find elsewhere. The walls are also not paper thin, you can't exactly hear or smell what your neighbor could be having for dinner or taking a business call which is also nice. They also provide additional room amenities like a full size fridge, kitchenette, 'borrowed' kitchen cooking utensils and dishes if needed. I stayed at this location last year for a short but extended amount of time and my experience ended sour due to poor management and lack of. Since returning, I am overwhelmingly impressed by the management and staff change and organization of this extended stay location. It's somewhere that feels like home away from home and you're treated like a human or 'family' in a way instead of another number. They do a great job of maintaining the landscaping and removing any persons with harassing behavior, drug activity, etc. I love the zero tolerance policy that management upholds because it also provides peace of mind that you can feel safe and comfortable during your stay here. They also offer weekly stay over service where they offer to clean your room briefly and change your linens, etc. This is a service I don't opt in to use as I take care of my own but love the option of having it and always being offered anyway. They do their best to maintain a professional and positive atmosphere here and it shows and I am incredibly grateful for such hard working yet humble employees at this hotel. Thank you for the sincerity and kindness you all show when delivering excellent hospitality ESA Fife Team!

ESA Tacoma Fife rocks

Just a very pleasant stay from start to finish. Great location, great prices, but the cherry on top is just how courteous the staff was to me the entire length of my stay. Thank you

Very disappointing stay considering how much I spent here. My corridor absolutely stank of weed which made it hard to sleep as it was coming through the walls and under the door. I placed towels around the door to try to block it but it was still choking me. It was pretty noisy and the parking lot was full of trash and dog poop. All the amenities were locked away so you had to request if you wanted plates, cutlery, hairdryer etc. All that being said, the staff were very nice and helpful. I've stayed at a lot of hotels but this was just really disappointing.
