Everything was great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The stay was peaceful, and everything I needed was available. The staff was helpful and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only issue that I could say is that I wish that the curtains in the bedroom were less transparent. They were definitely see through and offered no privacy at all. It was a nice property, there were critters like from th3 wild but overall no complaints

Excellent Stay!
My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment here for a few days and we loved it!
Lets start with the good stuff:
-The apartment is HUGE!! Lots of space to unwind, modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen.
-Very reasonable price for such a space.
-Rooftop pool is AMAZING! Very tastefully landscaped and decorated, it was very calming and serene. We were usually the only ones there and felt like we had our own private pool!
-Excellent location, walking distance from many eateries and popular destinations, such as Bal Harbor Shops. About a 15-20ish minute walk to the beach, or a short drive.
-Excellent air conditioning left our apartment nice and cool, very important in the south Florida summers.
Our stay was excellent, but there were a few small hiccups that made it just short of perfect:
-Check in was very chaotic. We arrived at 3:00 pm (after check in time) to a sign on the front door telling us to call the office. While standing in the rain, we begin talking to a representative who clearly had no clue what they were doing. They had to run every question or decision with a colleague (why the colleague didn’t just answer the phone is beyond me), and took a solid 20 minutes to provide us with our entry code. Another review mentioned that check in was smooth because they notified the office of their arrival time in advance (something I forgot to do), and it could be that our check in would’ve been smoother had I done that.
-The apartment was generally very clean, but I did find some candy wrappers from previous guests behind the bed (this raises some questions on how thoroughly they clean the apartments).
-The bed was very comfortable, but I noticed they the bed frame was cracked and sagging slightly. It didn’t affect the comfort or sleep quality of the bed, but was just a bit unnerving.
-The pool is a smaller than it looks in the pictures - perfect for a handful of people, but can get crowded fast.

Very friendly staff. When call premium apartaments should be cleaner. When walking on the floor with barefoot your feet getting very dirty even after room cleaning. Very noisy apartaments. We had penthouse on very top floor. We could hear absolutley everything from the corridor. unsoundproofed doors. Aircon fun in the apartament very noisy as well. Through the night you can hear elevator when going through every single floor. ITS not worth it. Price well to high for those standards...

Excellent like a palace
Absolute luxury. We had no initial expectations but this was a “wow.” The great thing was that I was communicating to them via email days before our arrival because I knew we would be arriving earlier than their 3pm check in. This helped the expectations because they were ready for us. Communicate with them prior to your arrival because the place is secure and someone will need to be expecting you. We were received very well. The hostess found a room for us by 1pm and helped us carry our luggages into the room which was spectacular. I took a video and not pictures otherwise I would have posted them here. We were so impressed. They have a rooftop pool that we utilized a lot during our weekend stay and took pictures. Customer service was always available to respond to questions. There were eateries walking distance to where we stayed! Privacy, quietness, security, and seclusion were our highlights! We are already talking about going back. The lady that received us- I forgot her name- was the most courteous, respectful, and patient person. We really needed this after a very early morning flight. She offered to keep our luggage after checkout so that we could go and grab something to eat before our time to leave. Overall, this place gets a 9 star ( notice I didn’t say 10). If you like peace- this is the place for you!
