Issues with ac not functioning properly. Front desk showed no interest in helping. Everything is outdated. Shower wouldn’t drain. Wouldn’t recommend!

Horrible hotel, excuse making staff and filthy!!! I was duped on this one!! Booking.com really dropped the ball on this property. I called and asked specifically if the pool and jacuzzi were open and working. I was told they were. Liars!!
After driving all day I picked this hotel before getting to town so I could get checked in prior and be able to enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub. When I checked in the staff lady said the pool and jacuzzi were opened until 10 pm. Never mentioning the jacuzzi wasn’t working and empty!! Really??? WTH
So I try to go in the pool. It is not filled up all the way, cold and dirty. When I called to check out so I could find a better hotel with actual working services I was told she could not check me out. I had to wait until the audit after midnight. I have worked in hotels for a long time and know this is a blatant lie. So without a refund I am stuck having to stay in a crappy hotel with filthy carpets, peeling paint, a lobby who host people other than guests (staff friends) and a clueless staff!! And the kicker is the latest excuse in the hotel industry……I’m so sorry we are under new management Girl please!
The promised free WiFi was not free. You had to sign up for Bonvoy to gain access. That is not free but me giving my information for marketing purposes. No thank you.
Gross, incompetent and nothing works as advertised!! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!! What a dump!!

Just Enough to Get It Right
If you have a room that has everything that you need, congratulations. The reviews are accurate that this staff is just nonplussed and is doing what it needs to do and it’s not set up for success by the management here. My room was very damp, and the AC controls were not the best as you require required the use of a window box. The tiny little swimming pool is a replacement for what was the whirlpool? The gym has barely enough room to do a workout. And forget about breakfast. I went to McDonald’s.

Booked this hotel for a 3 night stay and lets just say, I only made it for one night. If it wasnt so late the night I stayed, I would have left at that time. The bathroom was so filthy to where the shower curtain had mold and mildew onit. The towels and wash cloths were filty and the linen had holes in them. The tub was ao dirty with dirt and hair. I went to the front desk to advise about the issues and the gentleman was very nice and tried to find me another room. However the two showed was just as bad. One room reeked of mold and mildew. And the other room bathroom was filty as well. I ended up just staying in the original assigned room and checked out the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone to stay. It definitely was not a great look for a marriott brand.

I would not recommend this hotel. The first room they put me in had hair all over bathroom floor, shower walls and tub. The tv in the living room did not work, there was crumbs all over the couch. The second room they put me in the bathroom was the same issue. Th housekeepers need to wear hair nets or something because their hair was everywhere. The tv didn’t work in the living room of the second room either the air blew out loud and strong but not cold. Then somebodies kids kept banging on my door in the middle of the night. I tried to leave but the room was non refundable so I was stuck there for 3days. The worst hotel stay of my life!!
