We don't like doing it, but to maintain our owners' rental permits, sometimes it's necessary. The vast majority of our guests have no issue, but every once in a while, we do get a rowdy group. We do our best to communicate with you long before it leads to an eviction so please have your booking cell phone on you during your stay. We cannot accommodate extra guests or host parties. 4 Cars ONLY, No extra cars, no parking on the street OR on the dirt. No smoking on the premises and especially no flicking cigarette butts. No open flame fires, fireworks, bonfires, etc - due to high fire risk. No yelling, blasting music, fighting, or other loud noises that could disturb the neighbors. This house has an exceptional wastewater plumbing setup. If you and your guests are responsible for the overflow, we will charge you for the resulting plumbing costs.
