Bad experience

I highly recommend this hotel. We booked based on the score, but the room was not clean (the hair feathers from the previous guest were on the floor and another hair came out between the cribs). And although we went in December, the air conditioning and calories were not enough to keep the room heated.
Everyday, they’ve been pressing us to remove our review via SMS, WhatsApp, and the booking site since we shared our negative review on the site we booked, which is incredibly annoying. It’s a big question for us how we stay safe at a business run by people like this.

Dear guests, we are terribly sorry to hear that we didn't fulfill your expectations. Be sure that we always do our best to let our guests feel comfortable in an immaculate environment and we would immediately correct any bad details regarding your room (we are 24/7 reachable by your room telephone). We already checked all our linen and cleaning facilities/procedures, in order to guarantee that this will not happen again. As for the heating/AC, both work correctly. Your review has been taken under consideration. No need to post the same experience from different accounts on the same page...We apologize again for the inconvenience!

Europa Hotel, a great place to stay.

What an excellent place to stay, we were on the second floor and it was as quiet as can be. Family owned and owners were very friendly.
The room was a great size with a little kitchenette including plates knives and forks cups and glasses and of course a kettle. Bathroom was spacious, modern and very clean. The bins in the bathroom and kitchen were emptied daily. Balcony is large
Breakfast was ample, savoury meats and cheese, bread, jams, cake and fruit. Tea and coffee were available.
Europa Hotel was in a great position. Parking outside on the road no charge.
Balcony was nice and big, we even managed to get some washing done, hand washed and pretty much dried overnight. Couldn’t find a launderette in town so did it ourself
We had an awesome time. Thankyou

Very professional staff

Room was very clean and light with comfortable bathroom. Location is excellent and in the front of the hotel is free public parking. Also, there are bakeries, markets and shops nearby. Nice and clean sandy beach is few minutes away by foot. Good value for money.

Mrs

Honestly I didn’t expect much from this hotel, this was ours first time in Kavala, but it did overcome my expectations. We choose this hotel for our honeymoon.Very nice rooms- comfortable, clean and it has all the necessary facilities. It’s located near the city center ( 10 minutes walking), near the beach (3 minutes walking) and markets are close. Service is great, friendly and helpful, owners are always ready to help with anything that we were asking, very professional and nice. I’m very happy that we choose this hotel and for sure we are coming again.
