Good value for money

I can see here bad reviews about cleaning, my son and his friend just return from Stella Studios stay there 10 days end of July, begining of August 2024. and they told me that they were very satisfied with cleaning, location and service. The lady was cleaning every 2. day, appartmants are close to the center and beach and the host were polite let them earlier in room, since they came at 8:30 am.

Poor!!!

Nightmare stay... The first image is hopeless, unacceptable outdoor space, without any care. The rooms are unacceptable, they are dirty and shabby. Their sheets and towels are all dirty. Wardrobes without drawers. Overpriced for what it offers, avoid it if you want a decent stay. 80 euros per night.

ORRIPILANTE!

Diffidate delle foto su internet,sembra di stare in un hotel abbandonato.
Cucina quasi inesistente e sporca.
Bagno piccolissimo.
Non è dotato di tavolo, sedie, e attrezzi per pulire, tetto e balconi quasi crollanti.
Appena arrivati in struttura abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore prima che ci portassero le chiavi poiché il personale è inesistente. Metto una stella perché zero non si può mettere!

Mi trovo in questa struttura con altri 3 amici.
Un vero schifo! Siamo arrivati alle 15, dopo 3 ore siamo ancora fuori.
La serratura della porta rotta, l'acqua usciva dal frigorifero e c'era tutta la casa bagnata. Pulizia? Un vero cesso! Lenzuola sporche, cucina incrostata, ragnatele e ragni su muri, polvere negli armadi!
Lo sconsiglio a tutti!

Un incubo

Sporco, disorganizzato e proprietario di una superficialità inaudita! Siamo arrivati e non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci, perlomeno per darci le chiavi, abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farci registrare e farci dare le chiavi (da premettere che si sono trattenuti la carta di identità fino al penultimo giorno dicendoci che ce l'avrebbero restituita il giorno dopo, abbiamo dovuto chiamare la nostra tour operator per far da tramite tra noi e loro.)
Per quanto riguarda la struttura: la porta di ingresso aveva un vetro e si vedevano continuamente sagome di persone che passavano.
La doccia in bagno aveva semplicemente una tenda, ma era sporca e sudicia e ogni doccia era un lago a terra.
Gli armadi solo da arredo, sporchi con ragnatele e uno aveva come base il pavimento!
La televisione 14 pollici anni 80.
Le lenzuola non le cambiano le buttano sul letto e sei tu poi a doverlo rifare.
Cucina con stoviglie inesistenti non c'erano bicchieri, solo due tazze.
L'unica cosa positiva è solo la centralità, che però è comunque un fattore relativo perché per girare tutta Zante c'è bisogno di noleggiare un mezzo.
Per concludere la vacanza in bellezza ci hanno detto di liberare la stanza entro le 11, abbiamo aspettato fino alle 12.30 tempestando di chiamate la tour operator perché non veniva nessuno, abbiamo aspettato semplicemente perché volevamo posare le valigie nel loro deposito visto che l'aereo partiva nel pomeriggio altrimenti ce ne saremmo andati lasciando la stanza aperta.
Le chiavi poi le ha prese la donna delle pulizie, proprietari completamente assenti.
Scusate se mi sono dilungata è stata la prima cosa che ho voluto fare al ritorno dalla vacanza.
Zante è bellissima gli Stella Studios NO, non andateci assolutamente!
