Nice things to improve
Some things were less good. We rented rooms for three but only two chairs on the terrace. AC didn't work in the room, had to change rooms and it was not something the staff assisted with, they just gave us the key. In the new room the door handle kept falling off, it was not fixed, told twice.
The breakfast restaurant was run separately and included limited quantity. Nothing that was clear when you booked. They ordered from a menu and the service was extremely slow (though nice), we waited up to 40 minutes during our week.
The pool was connected to the restaurant so on Sunday it was crowded.
A lot of trees in the area but also a lot of sand / gravel. You could easily have planted more so all the patios got greenery.
Overall a good place with some shortcomings. Clearly a company runs it and not family-owned.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment we arrived at Naxos Green Village Hotel, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Everything was wonderful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere makes you immediately feel relaxed.
What really made our experience special was the hospitality. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help, which made a great first impression of Naxos even better.
The location was also very convenient and a perfect base for discovering the island, while still having a lovely place to come back to and relax at the end of the day.
For our first visit to Naxos, this was exactly the experience we were hoping for. We leave with beautiful memories and we will definitely choose Naxos Green Village Hotel again when we return to the island.
Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly and very helpful — they contacted me directly to arrange my airport pickup and also organised my port drop‑off, which made it stress‑free. At check‑in, I was given great recommendations on things to do, places to see, and restaurants to try.
The location is ideal: less than a 10‑minute walk to the seafront through the Chora, and around 15 minutes to the bus station for easy access to the main beaches.
