Beautiful property and friendly employees. The pools are clean and the spa is great as well. Only recommendation is improvement on the turndown service

15 out of 10 hotel I can’t say anything bad about this place. From the moment you check in, the great welcome drinks, the tour that CHRISTOS gave us was amazing. We loved our room, and we love the location of the hotel. Very century located to everything in OIA. They even gave us free champagne, and little complementary snacks. I think the icing on the cake is every night You can order a different type of pillow based off of your sleeping requirements and they come to your room and set it up beautifully. Amazing place highly recommend

The suite was immaculate with daily housekeeping and evening turndown service that kept everything feeling fresh throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the centre of Oia, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat.
What really sets Santo Pure apart is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely attentive, welcoming and eager to help - making the experience feel truly special.
If you’re looking for a luxury place to stay in Santorini, it doesn’t get much better than Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas. There’s also a private car park if you decide to hire an ATV, buggy or car to explore the island.
Our suite had its own jacuzzi but we couldn’t overlook the stunning main pool by the outdoor bar - it’s spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by comfortable sunbeds.
Without question, this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. A truly five-star experience from start to finish.

Advertised as a five star hotel; no way near there except for the views. Pool in the room was dirty. Staff was total inattentive. Price was way out of line for the quality of service.
