Simple but effective

The big + of this hotel is the quality / price ratio.
It is clean, the breakfast is largely sufficient and good, and the location is not bad at all.
The lady who welcomed us was nice.
Any concerns:
1) is that we came in winter and it was a little cold. But nothing alarming.
2) WiFi does not work
We recommend.

A pleasant place to stay in a very convenient location.

I spent two nights at this guest house last November-2022.The location is very convenient,in the heart of the Cite Portugaise and a short walk to the main street for public transport.The room I was given was reasonably large and clean and sleep quality was excellent.It represented good value for money.I want to pay tribute to Sakina,the lady who handled check-in-friendly and welcoming.This is a pleasant place to stay-clean,comfortable and good value for money...I am happy to give it 8 out of 10.

They stole money from my locked room

My stay at Dar El Jadida ended on a terrible note when I discovered the family stole money from my room. This is a family operation, there are no staff that can be fired to rectify the problem. Reading further reviews, I am not the only person this has happened to.
Stay away from Dar El Jadida.

Disappointed By Greedy Establishment

I booked a trip to El Jadida to visit my family. Due to the requirements I had to select a hotel to travel. My family found that it was fine for me to stay with them during my travels and I asked the hotel to please be kind enough to cancel my 13 day booking but they refused. I found this to be a poor business practice even though the policy said no refund. Circumstances change but this man was very money hungry and not compromising at all. Their communication is also poor as well as providing directions. My Arabic husband even spoke with this man and he still refused to refund even a small portion of my funds. This is a very inhumane and greedy establishment. I wouldn't recommend at all. I lost $200. I also noticed that the bed is just a cost. Low budget. Do not book here.

Excellent night , value of money

We spend 1 night in this hotel and we loved it
Then my husband want to extension 1 more night but it sad all the room all full booked then the day after we are back to the hotel.
The hotel was clean , the breakfast it’s cool and the coffee milk was very good.
The owner its adorable, he show us the good resto and especially i really miss the European meals he show us the good pasta but it’s sad the resto was close
It’s very good hotel
And our room ( it’s hugeeeeee ) I really love it
Never find a hugeee room like we had in this hotel
And the room it’s not hot , we have a bit problem with the hot normally but in this hotel
WE CAN SLEEP very good

We will come back here if we come back to Maroc
