Overall good
My room is clean, bright and space is nice enough.
Downside - rooms aren't soundproof, I stayed at 1st floor, can easily heard vehicle noise from the roads as if they were just passing in front of me, also walking noise & close/open noise from other guests is too obvious. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue.
Other than these, overall is a good stay experience at this hotel

REVIEW ROOM 201
The check-in process was smooth, and my Queen Deluxe room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean with strong water pressure.
However, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and did not provide sufficient cooling. This made the room very uncomfortable, and I had difficulty sleeping. I even had to use my own mini fan throughout the night.
This is unacceptable for a room of this category. I request that the hotel take immediate action to address this issue and ensure it does not happen to future guests.
