I love this hotel & will be coming back, it was my first solo trip travelling & it was wonderful to relax by the pool looking out to the sea. This is my favourite part of the hotel, the staff were friendly & the food was lovely, including the blueberry daiquiris cocktails! My stay at this hotel was tricky at first, there was a private party in the pool area and this wasn’t explained to me by the reception staff, so that was disappointing. During my stay Emergency maintenance work had to take place which disturbed my sleep for one night, but the duty manager Flavia, was very apologetic & compensated me for the issues. All in all, this has not prevented me for wanting to return. Glass collection around the pool needs to improve & I wish there were less private parties that start at 3 pm but other than that this may be one of my go to places for the future. Special thanks to Max breakfast supervisor, the English chap-Restaurant manager & Flavia! 💓

We stayed two nights after a week long trip around the islands. It's a brand new hotel, but delivers very inconsistently, particularly given it's price point.
We had booked a room with seaview - which had a fantastic view of the bay. Our impression is that most other rooms inside the hotel did not have this excellent view though. The room was overall in very good standard, but with some slightly sour smell to the towels. The room was well noise isolated from the outside and had good AC. Reception staff was also super helpful and friendly.
The biggest letdown was the half board service, which was a definite waste of money. Particularly the dinner felt like a joke with something that looked like a kids menu (spaghetti bolognese and chicken burgers) and very limited options, plus a poor tasting desert. It does also not include any drinks whatsoever. We opted to go elsewhere on our second day despite having paid for it in advance. We had similar issues with a rooftop restaurant - exceptionally slow (60min+ waiting time for some hummus and a sandwich) and unapologetic about it. The rooftop is beautiful, but it is a restaurant that lowers the experience of the hotel. Lots of smoke and mirrors between what it tries to present itself as and what it really is. There was occasional very loud music behind played from the rooftop as well.
Overall, I do think there would be better option in the town - particularly ones that can deliver to a similar standard for a much better price.

Beautiful clean fresh and spacious hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Great location literally over the road from the sea. Easy access to other points of interest across Malta via uber. Plenty of choice of restaurants and bars in a walkable distance.
Can be loud in the evenings.

FANTASTIC
Fantastic hotel, huge and very clean infinity pool.
Helpful and professional staff.
The o’sole rooftop restaurant is superlative.
In general, in all the dining areas, the products they use are of high quality. Comfortable rooms, 50 cm mattress is very comfortable!

Great hotel rude pool bar manager
I’ve awarded this review 2 stars as the actual hotel itself and staff are fantastic and our problem was with the rooftop pool,after breakfast I returned to our room while my partner and daughter went up to get us some sunbeds,just as they were about to choose some nice beds in the nice bit downstairs they were approached by a man claiming to be the hotel operations manager(actually the bar manager which is 50/50 owned by hotel and company he works for) and told you can’t use these beds as they are reserved by hotel owner,then went to use others and then arrogantly told can’t use them either but you can use the ones upstairs(not as nice as these)also did exactly same to another couple and tried to charge them 40 euros to use them,after this decided to go out for day as couldn’t understand what was going on as paying guests of the hotel and asked at reception on way out and was told we should be allowed like anyone else to use this area of sunbeds,on return we asked again at reception and he had said he wasn’t aware we were hotel guests ,maybe approach people in a different manner and ask before being extremely blunt and rude,the way he spoke to partner and daughter completely unacceptable as paying guests of any hotel,as said the actual hotel and staff are great but this guy completely spoiled our stay and wouldn’t return based on this
