The worst night I've ever had
The worst night I've ever had, to begin with they don't deliver you at the agreed time, it's as if they won't even wait for you and when you arrive in the kitchen they start half cleaning up the room, upon entering there was a bad smell disguised with air freshener, upon receiving the I notice in the room that there are extremely dusty places and in general the entire hotel was really dirty, they don't provide the bare minimum like towels for the bathroom or hand soap.
The treatment they give you is friendly but it does not justify the disgusting place they offer you, you are supposed to pay for a service and it seems that they are doing you a favor, when cleaning the bathroom with a disinfectant towel a lot of dirt comes out of the seat.
I was tolerant and tried to understand things even though as I mentioned, it is not worth treating you and offering you that way if you are paying and if they are not going to offer the minimum to spend a pleasant night, do not cheat or offer anything, in That night when we returned to the hotel we found a scorpion and the staff tried to justify themselves by saying that I had brought it myself (I don't rule out the possibility, but at no time was I on the side of the room where the scorpion was, but according to them they also fumigated The truth is, I don't know who they are trying to fool. Once again I tried to understand the situation but it was the last straw at bedtime since I couldn't even sleep because of the bedbugs and fleas I found and even dog hair in the bed, the Dirty sheets and blankets with strange smells. A real disgust.
Afterwards, when I asked for the towels for the bathroom, they delivered them to me until the next morning, completely wet and dirty, with hair as if they had cut their hair with it. They justified themselves by saying that their laundry service had delivered them like that (how shameless) and also commenting that their dryer had broken down 2 months ago (they didn't even know how to justify so much rubbish). I stayed and endured this from experience and to share the reality of this deceptive place, I do not recommend it at all. If you are going to stay in Real del Monte, there are hotels closer and with better sanitary conditions and treatment. So think carefully before choosing this place.

No me gustó el ruido de los perros y que les fallara su sistema de agua caliente.
