Nice, new hotel

This is a beautiful hotel that feels brand new. Stayed here for 1 night for business and would be happy to stay again.
Pros:
Friendly, helpful staff. Everyone made you feel welcome.
Spacious, high-ceiling room. Clean and comfortable bed.
Reliable WIFI.
Delicious food – the rooftop bar has some great views, and breakfast was solid. I sometimes have lower expectations with hotel food, but the food here is absolutely delicious.
Cons:
Due to it being summer and humid, there were lots of bugs at the rooftop bar. I hope management does something about it (better pest control management?) because it can make the experience up there so much better. There were also some dead bugs in the elevator or on the lobby floor. Luckily nothing in my room. I would hire a cleaning staff to go around and clean it up to improve the appearance.
The gym only had 1 treadmill, no towels, and the water cooler was empty.

A friend had suggested the Holiday Inn as a place to stay in Navojoa. I was pleasantly surprised to find the property so appealing—All of the staff, including Security and the bar/restaurant, was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant provided us with a beautiful sunset. After a long day of traveling, we appreciated the lovely and calm atmosphere of the hotel.
This morning after driving over two hours from Navojoa, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. The receptionist so kindly sent someone to the room and brought it to her for safekeeping. I am grateful for the attention she gave to my worried call.

Have a buffet at breakfast

Have a variety at breakfast, perhaps a buffet that provides different foods than those shown on the menu and that is more spacious than the American and Continental breakfast they offer regularly
