Family vacation for two weeks during Christmas 2019

We (five pax) decided two stay at jungle riviera for two weeks because of its location in the middle of the forest. The stay truly met our expectations as it was in the middle of the forest and the host Alberto did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. We rented two apartments at the second level and with the well equipped kitchen we could cook meals every night. The location (in the middle of nowhere) basically require a car to explore the hidden (or not) gems of Yucatan peninsula. However, the beach is easy accessible across the pedestrian bridge and you have a few restaurants in Chemuyil. The pizza restaurant served its purpose well during a rainy evening!

++ hospitality/service
+ nature/surroundings
Only thing was the pool which was too cold to use due to having protection above to keep it clean. It meant that the sun was unable to warm up the pool. However, it fulfilled it’s purpose more than having a cup of coffee in the morning! :)

Avoid at all cost

Beware please read this review and look elsewhere for decent accommodation. This obviously used to be good but has fallen into disrepair. The pool has been out of action for months and completely unusable. There is building work going on next door with noise all day. The electrics in the room are not safe as my partner got a shock from the fan switch. The kitchen is filthy. Avoid at all costs

Amazing stay at Jungle Secrets Riviera Maya

Me, my girlfriend and our 16 months old boy had a fantastic stay at Jungle Secrets Riviera Maya. We stayed for 10 days over Christmas 2019. The hotel is very small and cozy with only 3 floors and a handful of rooms, we stayed on the second floor in one of the rooms and my family in the other room which meant we had a whole floor to ourselves. They lent us beach chairs, parasols and bikes free of charge and there are cenotes within walking distance! From day one they showed fantastic hospitality and willingness to make sure that the time we stayed would go above and beyond our expectations. Alberto Martin was our point of contact and he’s a natural and amazing in hospitality, he’d check in with us that we had everything we needed and more. If you’re looking for somewhere private and quiet to stay I can’t recommend this place enough. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Increíble estancia

Maravilloso lugar en medio de una naturaleza exuberante, cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle y con una atención muy buena por parte de Martín. Cerca hay una cuevita que están rehabilitado los chicos de la zona. Recomendable al 100%

Un oasi di serenità in mezzo alla natura

Il proprietario è stato veramente molto disponibile e premuroso aiutandomi nel mio soggiorno in solitaria. L'appartamento era nuovo, completo di ogni servizio come condizionatore, tv, bagno privato, cucina, frigorifero,zanzariere,acqua corrente e calda sempre disponibile. La struttura si trova a neanche 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Chemuyil, in mezzo alla natura e alla tranquillità più totale, c'è la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette presenti a disposizione e vi è un'ampia possibilità di parcheggio. La spiaggia dista circa 10 minuti ed è semplice da raggiungere. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente giustificato e coerente. Ringrazio veramente il proprietario per i suggerimenti e per gli aiuti che mi ha dato. Spero vivamente di tornare a trovarvi!
