Outside terrace was a little neglected with just a small table and chairs,no parasol or loungers also no much in the way of a view.
Overall much to like about this hotel but at 300 euros a night the details start to matter and that’s where improvements need to be made.

Kotor holiday
Rooms are compact, very comfortable and clean, quiet. The hotel has own beach in front, this is the place for romantic breakfast in the morning. We had welcome drink , the staff is kind and helpfull. We wish we will come for longer time to enjoy the bay and timeless. Maybe not in the hight summer, becouse it was hot in august.

A historic gem with exceptional service from Tatiana
The highlight of our stay was Tatiana—she provided exceptional service, handling all our needs with such warmth. We also had a memorable (and slightly wet!) night during a 'Jugo' storm when rainwater leaked through the windows, but Tatiana's care made us feel supported throughout. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended for the history and the incredible staff!

It's a great hotel.
The good thing about this hotel is that
1: The staff are extremely responsive.
Smaller staffs cater to smaller customers with greater detail.
2: Breakfast service is also excellent
They serve breakfast on the terrace by the sea. It's a nice thing about small hotels, but it's not a buffet. Choose the main egg dish from the menu.
3: Enjoy the ocean slowly
The terrace by the sea is reserved for the hotel, so you can swim whenever you want. You'll be completely free from the competition for seats common in large resort hotels. You can always go to this hotel.
From the sunrise to the sunset and night view on the mountain face of Kotor Bay, you can all enjoy it on the terrace here.
Incidentally, if you sign up for a boat tour via the hotel, you don't have to go all the way to the city to be picked up by boat near the hotel. Very convenient.
Hotel rooms are not that big but necessary and sufficient. Clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works well.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have to miss a meal.
It is a hotel I would like to visit again.

A perfect location for the bay of Kotor
It was just what I was looking for with a really good couple of restaurants right on the water just a short walk away. It was also easy to get into Kotor, with the bus very reliable.
The staff were lovely, and I really enjoyed the water side terrace for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. It was a perfect swimming location too, with pads to lay out on, and a ladder to help you get in and out of the crystal clear water. The swimming was sensational.
My bedroom was charming, the a/c worked very well, there was a well stocked reasonably priced mini bar and the bed was comfortable (all be it with the weird split duvet going on. Maybe I should have asked if they had a big one as it was only me). The bathroom was a little tired.
