Delicious seafood, high-grade rooms, great hula shows

I'm glad that the Japanese-Western type rooms are so spacious and luxurious. The facilities and equipment were well-equipped and I was able to spend a relaxing time. Buffet dinner and breakfast are served on a wide variety of menus, and every dish is very satisfying. In particular, the variety of seafood dishes for dinner was much better than I had imagined. After dinner, head to the Polynesian show with reserved seats. The fire and hula dances are very high level, and it was great to bring the little ones on stage to experience the hula. Rooms, meals, shows and souvenirs were all very satisfying hotels.

I'm so sorry.

I booked with a plan with Hawaiians admission ticket. Despite the busy season, reception and cloakrooms were short-staffed and it took over 30 minutes just to pick up the pool ticket. The correspondence is also cold, so I think it is better to introduce a normal machine. The room was checked in at 14:00, but when I entered before 17:00 there was a futon mattress. The room was small, so if you were futoned early, there was no place to relax. Also, the room was poorly cleaned, if not old enough, and it was filthy, with hair falling out and dust in the corners. If you have allergies, be careful.

There is no general recognition of hotel hospitality.

Contrary to "Hawaii", it is very cold to deal with
Something that only a manual really has nothing to do with the hotel hospitality I've received so far.
I think AI would be better.
I felt uncomfortable before I went.

Disgusting

Bathroom was disgusting and seems not updated since 1975. No shower only hot or cold faucet. Tub not cleaned since early 80’s. Do not recommend. Will never stay here again. $1300 a night a room is a joke. Staff unwilling to take look at the room to verify condition.
