Rooms were small, but clean with fant amenities. It is located really well near the station, and a grocery store behind the station. Tons of restaurants near by and a family mart at the hotel door

The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No.

Chasing early Cherry Blossom sighting.

Good location with just to blocks away from the subway station with elevator if you have heavy luggage on Exit 10 of Fushimi Station. Cozy check-in lobby with a small coffee shop where they serve free small breakfast but enough to start your day. Free toiletries can be taken here too! Staffs are very welcoming and always ready to assist you when needed. The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate your luggage and bags! It was mid-March when we were here so the room was so warm due to centralised control so we closed the a/c-heater and just open the window to cool down the room for our comfort. Bathroom is clean with tub and good hot water. There’s 7/11, Family Mart and Lawson nearby so you don’t have to worry on late night snacks or anything to satisfy your appetite. Highly recommended for a budget hotel!

Stayed for one night to go see the studio ghibli park. Was a perfect hotel for a 1day stay. Looked elegant on the inside. Rooms a little outdated but clean. Service was good. The breakfast was kinda mid but it helped save some money in food.
